HISTORY: The Cardinals and Packers have met 76 times, which includes three postseason games.
The Packers hold a 46-26-4 edge over the Cardinals.
The most recent meeting came in October 2021, where Aaron Rodgers was playing with a MASH unit at receiver due to injuries and COVID-19 absences from the team.
The Cardinals were undefeated going into the night and had a chance to keep their perfect season alive when they were deep in Green Bay territory. Instead, Rasul Douglas intercepted a pass with less than a minute on the clock to seal a Packers victory, one of the best of Matt LaFleur’s career.
The most recent meeting at Lambeau Field was December 2018. The Cardinals were one of the worst teams in football that year, but they beat the Packers 20-17 that day. That game became famous because it was the last that Mike McCarthy would coach for the Packers. He became the first head coach to be fired in team history.
COACHES: Packers – Matt LaFleur (fifth season, 59-29). Cardinals – Jonathan Gannon (second season, 6-16).
