Area Dino Stop sites up for sale

The buildings and sites that are home to six area convenience stores are up for sale individually with a combined asking price of $23.7 million.

That doesn’t mean the businesses are going anywhere.

The sites are currently home to Dino Stop convenience stores in Green Bay, Ledgeview, New Franken, Abrams, Little Suamico and Manitowoc.

Several of the locations feature fast food businesses as well.

The listings are only for the land and buildings, which are owned by Fox Trail Capital, of Greenwood Village, Colorado. The businesses are separate entities not included for sale.

The Abrams site is located at 2516 W. Frontier Road, with an asking price of $6.15 million. In Little Suamico, the 213 E. Frontage Road site is for sale for $3.68 million.

Dino Stop gas stations and convenience stores have been in the area for more than 50 years. The chain’s history dates to 1971.
