Reckless endangerment A Clintonville man was bound over for trial Wednesday on felony counts of reckless endangerment and intimidating a victim after a preliminary hearing in Shawano-Menominee County Circuit Court. Sam Begay, 44, could face a maximum possible penalty of 12½ years in prison and a $25,000 fine if convicted of recklessly endangering safety, and 10 years and a $25,000 fine for intimidation.
