• Daniel J. Punke, 43, Athens, pleaded no contest May 18 to misappropriating ID information to obtain money and a misdemeanor charge of theft. Judge Katherine Sloma levied fines, ordered restitution and sentenced him to eight months in county jail.
• Brandi L. Shawanokasic, 30, Keshena, pleaded no contest May 19 to possession of methamphetamine, possession of narcotic drugs, five counts of felony bail jumping, a misdemeanor charge of resisting or obstructing an officer, and two misdemeanor counts of operating while revoked. Judge Rick Cveykus withheld sentencing and placed her on three years of probation with conditions.
• Scott A. Tainter, 44, Shawano, had his probation revoked April 2 from a 2023 conviction for battery or threat to a judge, prosecutor or law enforcement officer, and possession of methamphetamine. Judge William Kussel Jr. sentenced him May 18 to two years in prison followed by three years of extended supervision.
• Cayenne C. Ross, 30, Wautoma, pleaded no contest May 19 to possession of narcotic drugs. Sloma imposed and stayed a one-year jail sentence, then placed her on two years of probation with conditions.
• Steven T. White, 37, Clintonville, pleaded no contest May 20 to felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor ignition interlock device order violation. Sloma levied fines, ordered ignition interlock devices installed on White’s vehicles for six months and sentenced him to 90 days in jail, time deemed served.
• Paul M. Bahr, 59, Wittenberg, pleaded no contest May 18 to misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct and two counts of negligent operation of a motor vehicle. The two charges were amended from felonies in a plea agreement. Sloma withheld sentencing and placed him on two years of probation with conditions.
• Lukus S. Bohm, 34, Shawano, waived extradition to another jurisdiction May 22 during an appearance before Sloma.
• Keith B. Budnik, 69, Green Bay, was charged May 20 with seven counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor charges of operating while revoked, possession of drug paraphernalia and violating an ignition interlock device order. Sloma set a $2,000 cash bond, and Kussel scheduled a status conference for July 2.
• Christopher E. Kilgore, 47, Sturgeon Bay, was charged May 21 with possession of methamphetamine, possession of THC (second or subsequent offense) and a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. Kussel set a $250 cash and a $2,000 signature bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for June 9.
• Tonia Jean Krahenbuhl, 56, Shawano, was charged May 21 with possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor charges of possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia. Kussel set a $2,500 signature bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for June 9.
• Alicia I. Pamonicutt, 19, Shawano, was charged May 21 with battery to certain individuals involved with a court or legal system, threatening bodily harm to certain individuals involved with a court or legal system, battery to public officers, and misdemeanor counts of resisting or obstructing an officer, intentionally giving a false alarm and disorderly conduct. Kussel set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for June 3.
• Rhiannon R. Lyons, 45, Neopit, was charged May 22 with possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor charges of possession of THC and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. Sloma set a $2,500 signature bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for July 21.
• Mashaquit Waupekenay, 36, Neopit, was charged May 22 with possession of methamphetamine, possession of THC (second or subsequent offense), and misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, operating while revoked and violating an ignition interlock device order. Sloma set a $1,000 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for July 6.
