• Dillon William Eckstein, 29, St. Edward, Nebraska, pleaded no contest March 2 to misdemeanor charges of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (third offense), resisting/failing to stop, resisting or obstructing an officer and disorderly conduct. A related felony count was dismissed in a plea agreement. Judge Michael Judge withheld sentencing and placed him on two years of probation with conditions, including 270 days in county jail.
