Eulalia “Alie” M. Rueckert

Eulalia “Alie” M. Rueckert, 87, of Suring, passed away at home Thursday, Sept. 29, 2022 after a brief illness. She was born to the late John and Anna (Otradovec) Lanser and married to Llewellynn “Buddy” W. Rueckert. She worked at Elliot Glove Factory until retirement. Alie was a wonderful wife and loving mother who helped her children whenever needed.

Linda J. Regal
Linda Jean Regal, 61, went to be with Jesus, peacefully in her sleep, on Sept. 25, 2022. Linda was the oldest daughter of Art and Jean Regal of Suring. She was born Feb. 10, 1961, at Oconto Falls Hospital. Linda was born three months premature and was so tiny she fit in the palm of her father’s hand. She weighed 3 pounds, 3 ounces. Linda was born with cerebral palsy, and was confined to a wheelchair her entire life.

Joanne C. Preuss
Joanne C. Preuss, 76, of Wittenberg, died on Monday, Sept. 26, 2022, at Aspirus Wausau Hospital. Joanne was born on Feb. 17, 1946, in Wittenberg, the daughter of Joseph and Mabel (Buck) Thorson. On Dec. 28, 1968, Joanne was united in marriage to Eugene Preuss at Redeemer Lutheran Church in Wittenberg. He survives. Joanne was a cook and custodian for the Wittenberg-Birnamwood School District for many years.
Kathleen Mae De Puy
Kathleen Mae De Puy, 63, passed away at home on Sunday, Sept. 25, 2022. Kathy was born in Sterling, Illinois, on Aug. 26, 1959, to Esther (LaBine) Bohms and the late Louis Bohms. On Feb. 2, 1980, Kathy was united in marriage to William De Puy in Rock Falls, Illinois. Kathy was a generous and kindhearted woman whom everyone loved. Kathy worked at local banks in Illinois and then CoVantage Credit Union when she and Bill moved to the Shawano area.
