• Nico Scott Depaoli, 30, Kenosha, pleaded no contest June 2 to child neglect and misdemeanor charges of intentionally providing unsanitary animal shelter and intentionally providing animals with not enough space. Judge Jay Conley withheld sentencing and placed him on probation for six months with conditions.

• Brian J. Ermis Jr., 24, Suring, pleaded no contest June 3 to two misdemeanor charges of possession of THC. Related felony counts were dismissed but read into the record in a plea agreement. Conley withheld sentencing and placed him on one year of probation with conditions.

• Devin David Lakonen-Smet, 25, Suring, was charged June 1 with two counts of felony bail jumping. Conley set a $1,000 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until June 26. In a separate file, Lakonen-Smet was charged June 2 with three additional counts of felony bail jumping. Judge Hannah Schuchart set a $3,000 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until June 26.

• Thomas John Ejnik, 64, Suring, was charged June 2 with stalking and felony bail jumping. Schuchart set a $15,000 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until June 18.

• Alex Michael Johnson, 30, Mountain, was charged June 2 with possession of a firearm by a person convicted of a felony and a misdemeanor count of criminal damage to property. Schuchart set a $2,000 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until June 18.

• Andrew E. Netzer, 43, Oconto, was charged June 5 with felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of operating while revoked and violating an ignition interlock device order. Court Commissioner Jacob Evans set a $2,000 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until June 15.
