• Andrea P. Slater, 32, Green Bay, pleaded no contest Sept. 17 to second-degree recklessly endangering safety and a misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct. Judge Katherine Sloma withheld sentencing and placed her on four years of probation with conditions.
• Juan Jaurez Correa, 63, Green Bay, pleaded no contest Sept. 17 to operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fourth offense). Sloma levied a $900 fine and other costs, sentenced him to six months in jail and revoked his driver’s license for 24 months.
• Lindsey S. Moschel-Olszewski, 36, Green Bay, pleaded no contest June 19 to two counts of felony bail jumping. Sloma withheld sentencing Sept. 18 and placed her on four years of probation with conditions.
• Tyler J. Parker, 35, pleaded no contest Sept. 19 to possession of THC (second or subsequent offense) and a misdemeanor charge of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (third offense). Sloma sentenced him to 90 days in jail and revoked his driver’s license for 28 months.
• Brandon J. Kleczka, 37, Gillett, pleaded no contest Sept. 18 to operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fourth offense). Sloma sentenced him to 18 months in prison, followed by 30 months of extended supervision with conditions.
• Michael J. Munson, 41, Gresham, was charged Sept. 15 with operating a motor vehicle with a restricted controlled substance (fourth offense), possession of narcotic drugs, possession of methamphetamine, five counts of felony bail jumping, and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Sloma set a $2,500 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until Nov. 11.
• Cameron Robert Pedersen II, 37, Shawano, was charged Sept. 15 with strangulation and suffocation, throwing or discharging bodily fluids at a public safety officer or prosecutor, and misdemeanor counts of battery, disorderly conduct, and resisting or obstructing an officer. Sloma set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Nov. 10.
• Darcy A. Spruce, 44, Shawano, was charged Sept. 15 with three counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct and resisting or obstructing an officer. Sloma set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Oct. 6.
• Shawnelee Dixon, 33, Shawano, was charged Sept. 17 with felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property. Sloma set a $750 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Nov. 4.
• Zadeus K. Huxford, 34, Keshena, was charged Sept. 17 with intimidating the victim of a domestic abuse crime, six counts of felony bail jumping, and a misdemeanor count of knowingly violating a domestic abuse injunction. Sloma set a $30,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Sept. 22.
• Krystal K. Espinosa, 40, Wittenberg, was charged Sept. 17 with felony bail jumping. Sloma set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Nov. 4.
• Nagih I. Nickey, 30, Shawano, was charged Sept. 18 with possession of methamphetamine, 15 counts of felony bail jumping, and misdemeanor counts of operating while revoked and possession of an illegally obtained prescription. Sloma set a $3,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Sept. 24.
