Soun, 42, Green Bay, had his probation revoked July 7 on a 2022 conviction for possession of narcotic drugs, possession of methamphetamine, and misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting or obstructing an officer. Judge Katherine Sloma sentenced him Sept. 2 to one year in prison, followed by one year of extended supervision with conditions.
• Joseph L. Soulier, 21, Neopit, has his probation revoked July 24 on a 2024 conviction for driving or operating a vehicle without consent. Sloma sentenced him Sept. 2 to nine months in county jail with Huber work-release and good time privileges.
• In a Sept. 3 jury trial, Kevin E. Lyons, 46, Gresham, was found not guilty of second-degree recklessly endangering safety and misdemeanor charges of carrying a concealed knife and disorderly conduct.
• Edward P. Lantz, 74, Shawano, pleaded no contest Sept. 2 to two counts of possession of THC (second or subsequent offense), Judge William Kussel Jr. withheld sentencing and placed him on two years of probation with conditions.
• Justin J. Miller, 32, Shawano was charged Sept. 2 with felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of knowingly violating a domestic abuse order and bail jumping. Kussel set a $3,000 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for Sept. 30.
• Ryan M. Hill, 31, Shawano was charged Sept. 2 with threatening to cause bodily harm to individuals in the court or legal system, two counts of felony bail jumping and one count of misdemeanor bail jumping. Kussel set a $2,500 cash bond and scheduled arraignment for Sept. 16.
• Lee A. Holton, 62, Milwaukee, was charged Sept. 2 with possession of an illegal article, six counts of felony bail jumping, and a misdemeanor count of possession of THC. Kussel set a $1,000 cash bond and scheduled arraignment for Oct. 14.
• Lucas Luzzani, 35, Antigo, was charged Sept. 2 with strangulation and suffocation and misdemeanor counts of battery and disorderly conduct. Kussel set a $600 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Oct. 14.
• Leland J. Okimosh, 37, Shawano, was charged Sept. 2 with felony bail jumping, possession of methamphetamine, three counts of misdemeanor bail jumping, and misdemeanor counts of possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia. Kussel set a $1,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Sept. 8.
• Latasha J. Linders, 44, Shawano, was charged Sept. 2 with felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Kussel set a $250 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Nov. 4.
• Bernard G. Doud, 33, Neopit, was charged Sept. 2 with two counts of felony bail jumping and three counts of misdemeanor bail jumping. Kussel set a $2,500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Sept. 8.
• Nicole M. Murphy, 29, Shawano, was charged Sept. 3 with possession of methamphetamine, felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Kussel set a $500 cash bond. In a second file, Murphy was charged with felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of credit fraud. Kussel set a $1,000 signature bond and scheduled a status conference in both cases for Oct. 8.
• Daniel D. Rockman, 30, Green Bay, was charged Sept. 3 with 12 counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of possession of an illegally obtained prescription, resisting or obstructing an officer, and disorderly conduct. Kussel set a $750 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Oct. 6.
