• Caitlyn C. Fish, 21, Green Bay, had her deferred prosecution agreement revoked July 3 from a 2025 conviction for child neglect and misdemeanor charges of possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia. Judge Michael Judge sentenced her Sept. 18 to eight months in county jail.
• Jared Joseph Kroll, 38, Menominee, Michigan, pleaded no contest Sept. 15 to two misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct. A related felony charge was dismissed but read into the record in a plea agreement. Judge withheld sentencing and placed him on 18 months of probation with conditions.
• Kirstie E. Rost, 34, Oconto, pleaded no contest Sept. 15 to two misdemeanor counts of knowingly violating a domestic abuse injunction. Five related felony charges were dismissed in a plea agreement. Judge Jay Conley withheld sentencing and placed her on one year of probation with conditions.
• Zachariah C. Diedrich, 18, Oconto, was charged Sept. 17 with felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of battery and disorderly conduct. Judge set a $2,500 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until Oct. 16.
