Mitchell Pilon and Keaton Dauk led the Pulaski Red Raiders with second-place finishes at the Point Invite on March 21 at UW-Stevens Point. Pilon was second in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:02.62. He was joined by Carter Ryskoski in 27th and Grayden Gossen in 36th.
Dauk was second in the 60-meter hurdles in 8.44 seconds.
The 4x200-meter relay team placed third, and the 4x400 team was ninth.
Arden Gillen finished ninth in the 1,600-meter run, followed by Parker Marshall in 17th and Brayden Starner in 44th.
Mason Groth placed 12th in the triple jump.
Izaah Oldenburg finished 12th in the shot put, followed by Libero Angeli in 13th and Will Decker in 46th.
In the long jump, Daenen Kehoe placed 17th, and Nico VanderPerren was 31st.
Point Invite
March 20
Pulaski’s Lydia Gwidt led the Red Raiders with a third-place finish in the triple jump at the Point Invite on March 20 at UW-Stevens Point.
Maggie Gerth placed sixth in the 1,600-meter run, Rebecca Huisman was ninth in the high jump, and Cameran Reiss finished 10th in the 3,200-meter run. The 4x200-meter relay team finished seventh, and the 4x400 team was ninth.
Other runners and their finishes were:
800-meter run: Adelaide Bruckert 21st, Addison Swan 29th.
1,600-meter run: Ellie Murphy 15th.
High jump: Bryn Becks and Megan Kraft, tied at 28th.
Long jump: Kraft 16th, Gwidt 17th.
Pole vault: Mya Christensen 16th.
Shot put: Noelle Manning 17th, Kraft 50th, Sophia Wlazlo-Jaklin 53rd.
Amanda Pate led the Gillett girls track team with a 12th-place finish in the 200-meter run.
Maggie Kaczmarek was 40th in the shot put.
In the 1,600-meter run, Sophia Limberg placed 21st, followed by Halle Wendorff in 26th and Sharlene Stage in 29th.
