The Voyageurs jumped out to a 3-0 lead in the first period and held on for the win to end the Bay Area boys hockey team season 4-1 in the WIAA sectional semifinals.
The Storm’s only goal came with the team trailing 4-0 in the second period. Pulaski’s Brody Hronek scored at 13:18 with an assist from high school teammate Braden Becks.
Bay Area managed 27 shots on goal, and De Pere had 24.
Bay Area goalie Justin Pintar had no saves against three shots, and Landen Mason had 20 saves against 21 shots. De Pere goalie Chase VandEven had 26 saves.
