The Red Raiders tennis team beat Shawano with ease Sept. 15, winning 6-1.
The Hawks’ only victory came at No. 2 singles, when Jaelyn Hietpas gave everything she had to defeat Anna Krause 7-5, 6-4.
In other singles matches, Ruth Krause beat Ireland Letterman 6-0, 6-2 at No. 1; Emory Groteluschen beat Danielle Carroll 6-2, 6-2 at No. 3; and Elizabeth Dornfeld defeated Ruby Onesti 6-4, 6-1 at No. 4.
Pulaski won all three doubles contests.
In the No. 1 slot, Linde Lemerond and Aubrie Schuessler defeated Claire Weiland and Olivia Dobratz 6-0, 6-1. Ayla Groteluschen and Gretchen Rottier joined forces to beat Lana Owens and Madison Miller 6-1, 6-2 at No. 2. At. No. 3, Aubrey Coel and Riley Hartman beat Chloe Gilling and Gracelyn Behnke 6-0, 6-1.
