Shawano’s AJ Springborn moved up from a 10th-place start to capture the checkered flag in the 20-lap IMCA sport modifieds feature race at the Shawano Speedway on July 25.
Oconto Falls’ Cole Magnin started eighth and finished second, while Seymour Tim Jorgensen started 11th and placed third.
Gillett’s Brad Miller started on the pole and finished in four place.
Miller and Magnin won the heat races.
In the IMCA sport compact 12-lap feature, it was Clintonville’s Tanner Westphal winning after starting in seventh place. Shawano’s Jasper Drengler finished second after starting ninth, and Clintonville’s Brad Wedde took third after starting in eighth.
Pole sitter Dylan Arndt, of Shawano, ended up in seventh place.
Gleason’s Dylan Henry and Drengler won the heat races.
The 20-lap IMCA modifieds feature race was won by Shawano’s Trent Nolan, who started the race in sixth place.
Wausau’s Marcus Yarie started in eighth and placed second, while Shawano’s Jordan Bartz started ninth and placed third.
Bonduel’s Sean Falk had the pole but did not start.
Yarie and Nolan won the heat races.
The 20-lap dirt late models feature race victory went to Shawano’s Brett Swedberg. He also started on the pole.
Shawano’s Troy Springborn started third and moved up to second, while Bonduel’s Nick Anvelink started eight and placed third.
Heat races were won by Swedberg and Shawano’s Lukas Postl.
Green Bay’s Luke Lemmens started 10th and won the 20-lap IMCA stock cars feature race. Marion’s Don Michonski started third and placed second, while Shiocton’s Vern Stedjee started fourth and placed third.
Pole sitter Jeremy Christians, of Horicon, finished in 11th place.
Michonski, Oconto Falls’ Kyle Frederick and Wisconsin Rapids’ Mark Eswein won the heat races.
