• Sunday D. Dixon, 40, Madison, had her probation revoked June 19 from a 2024 conviction for possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. Judge Katherine Sloma sentenced her Sept. 21 to 12 months in county jail.
• Delaina M. Escalante, 44, Green Bay, pleaded no contest Sept. 21 to possession of narcotic drugs and two misdemeanor charges of possession of an illegally obtained prescription. Sloma withheld sentencing and placed her on three years of probation with conditions.
• Paula A. Richard, 47, Shawano, pleaded no contest Sept. 21 to misdemeanor charges of possession of other drugs generally and possession of drug paraphernalia. One charge was amended from a felony in a plea agreement. Sloma levied fines and court costs of $4,046.
• Christopher W. Blum, 50, Gresham, pleaded no contest Sept. 22 to possession of methamphetamine. Sloma ordered fines and restitution of $1,551.25.
• Scott L. Morford, 33, Osseo, pleaded no contest Sept. 23 to felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor charge of operating while revoked. Judge Gregory Jerabek levied fines and court costs of $1,411.
• Lianne R. Soman, 36, a Crandon woman serving a sentence at Taycheedah Correctional Institution, pleaded guilty Sept. 23 to six counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor charges of operating a motor vehicle with a restricted controlled substance and operating while revoked. Sloma levied fines and court costs and sentenced her to 180 days in county jail.
• Brian W. Koch, 44, a Wausau man serving a sentence at Jackson Correctional Institution in Black River Falls, pleaded guilty Sept. 22 to forgery-uttering. Sloma withheld sentencing and placed him on an additional two years of probation with conditions.
• Samantha N. Jensen, 28, Shawano, pleaded no contest Sept. 21 to possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor charges of child neglect and bail jumping. Judge William Kussel Jr. withheld sentencing and placed her on two years of probation with conditions.
• Keenan J. Zhuckkahosee, 34, had his probation revoked June 19 from a 2022 conviction for three counts of possession of narcotic drugs, seven counts of felony bail jumping, possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor charges of operating with a valid license and two counts of resisting or obstructing an officer. Sloma sentenced him Sept. 25 to 204 days in county jail, time deemed served.
• Collin D. Schueler, 23, had his probation revoked March 5 from a 2023 conviction for possession with intent to distribute THC. Kussel sentenced him Sept. 23 to one year in prison followed by one year of probation, time deemed served.
• Lena M. Malone, 35, Bowler, was found guilty of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct at an Aug. 27 jury trial. Sloma withheld sentencing Sept. 25 and placed her on two years of probation with conditions.
• Cecilianne E. Dodge, 21, Shawano, was charged Sept. 21 with two counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of battery and disorderly conduct. Kussel set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Oct. 5.
• Calvin Arnold Kapitz, 26, Green Bay, was charged Aug. 20 with felony retail theft and a misdemeanor count of bail jumping. Kussel set a $3,000 signature bond on Sept. 22 and scheduled a status conference for Nov. 23.
• Jeffrey J. Owen, 61, Shawano, was charged Sept. 25 with battery to certain individuals involved with a court or legal system and misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct and two counts of resisting or obstructing an officer. Kussel set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Dec. 1.
• David T. Smith, 44, Shawano, was charged Sept. 25 with fleeing an officer in his vehicle, operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fourth offense), possession of THC (second or subsequent offense), six counts of felony bail jumping, three counts of misdemeanor bail jumping, a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia, and a forfeiture count of operating while revoked. Kussel set a $7,500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Sept. 29.
