• Ramon Mack Guillory, 39, a Menominee, Michigan, man serving a sentence at Dodge Correctional Institution in Waupun, had his probation revoked Aug. 4 from a 2023 conviction for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fourth offense)and with a prohibited alcohol content. Judge Jay Conley sentenced him Sept. 21 to an additional year in prison followed by an additional year of extended supervision with conditions.

• Michael B. Slayton, 33, Oconto, was charged Sept. 21 with possession of THC (second or subsequent offense) and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Judge Hannah Schuchart set a $500 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until Oct. 15.

• Travis M. Rysewyk, 38, Coleman, was charged Sept. 21 with possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor counts of bail jumping and operating while revoked. Schuchart set a $500 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until Oct. 15.

• Dalton Shawn Kopatz, 30, Suring, was charged Aug. 28 with strangulation and suffocation and misdemeanor counts of battery and disorderly. Conley authorized a bench warrant for his arrest Sept. 22 after Kopatz failed to make his initial appearance in court.

• Robert J. Trepanier, 62, Omro, was charged Sept. 24 with threatening to cause bodily harm to certain individuals involved with a court or legal system, making terrorist threats, and two misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct. Conley set a $10,000 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until Oct. 15.
