• Deon L. Duke, 48, Cecil, had his probation revoked March 13 from a 2024 felony conviction for criminal damage to property. Judge Katherine Sloma sentenced him June 8 to one year in county jail.
• Joshua J. Bessert, 51, Eland, pleaded no contest June 8 to failure to report to county jail. Judge William Kussel Jr. levied fines and court costs and sentenced him to six months in county jail.
• Steven Lee Quasius, 61, Suring, pleaded no contest June 8 to a misdemeanor charge of possession of THC. The charge was amended from a felony in a plea agreement. Sloma levied fines and court costs of $1,555.50.
• Joey R. Tucker, 35, Shawano, pleaded no contest June 9 to a felony charge of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (third offense) with a passenger younger than 16, two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping and a misdemeanor charge of operating while revoked. Sloma withheld sentencing and placed him on three years of probation with conditions.
• Brian L. Pamonicutt, 58, Cecil, pleaded no contest June 11 to battery or threat to a judge, prosecutor or law enforcement officer, five counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor charges of retail theft, two counts of theft of movable property and three counts of bail jumping. Sloma imposed and stayed a prison sentence, then placed him on five years of probation with conditions.
• Beverly A. Alexander, 42, Shawano, pleaded no contest June 11 to possession with intent to distribute THC. Sloma imposed and stayed a prison sentence, then placed her on four years of probation with conditions.
• Joshua M. Healy, 40, Wittenberg, pleaded no contest June 11 to possession with intent to distribute amphetamine/methamphetamine, possession with intent to distribute psilocin and a misdemeanor charge of possession of amphetamine/LSD/psilocin. Sloma imposed a stayed prison sentence, then placed him on five years of probation with conditions, consecutive to any other sentence he is now serving.
• Aaron L. Jacobs, 36, Appleton, was charged June 8 with first-degree recklessly endangering safety, felony bail jumping, three counts of misdemeanor bail jumping and misdemeanor charges of operating while revoked, violating an ignition interlock device order, carrying a concealed weapon, and disorderly conduct. Kussel set a $7,500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for June 12.
• Rylee M. Kruschke, 23, Bonduel, was charged June 8 with strangulation and suffocation, false imprisonment and misdemeanor counts of battery and disorderly conduct. Kussel set a $1,000 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for Aug. 31.
• John J. Aguilar, 49, Keshena, was charged June 8 with taking and driving a vehicle without consent. Kussel set a $1,000 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for Aug. 18.
• Clinton Joseph Lawler Bradley, 17, Groverton, Indiana, was charged June 8 with second-degree sexual assault of a child and two counts of child enticement. Kussel set a $15,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for June 15.
• Amanda V. Sandvick, 45, Milwaukee, was charged June 9 with possession of narcotic drugs and misdemeanor counts of possession of an illegally obtained prescription and possession of drug paraphernalia. Kussel set a $1,000 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for Aug. 4.
• Jacob Michael Malitz, 32, Shawano, was charged June 10 with first-degree sexual assault of a child younger than 13. Kussel set a $20,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for June 19.
• Thomas J. Menore, 25, Shawano, was charged June 10 with child abuse reckless causing harm and misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct, resisting or obstructing an officer and resisting/failing to stop. Kussel set a $1,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for June 15.
• Angelo Tyger Perez, 42, Keshena, was charged June 11 with making terrorist threats and misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct and attempted retail theft. Kussel set a $1,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for June 16.
• Vince N. Crow, 35, Neopit, was charged June 12 with two counts of felony bail jumping. Kussel set a $1,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for June 16.
