Holtger, 34, Winnebago, was ruled not competent to stand trial and unlikely to regain competency, so Judge Jennifer Moeller dismissed two charges of battery or threat to a judge, prosecutor or law enforcement officer along with misdemeanor counts of criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct.
• Justin R. Sherpard, 47, a Laona man serving a sentence at Jackson Correctional Institution in Black River Falls, pleaded guilty June 16 to felony bail jumping. Judge Jay Conley levied fines and sentenced him to six days in county jail, time deemed served.
• Shaun Jeffrey Warwick, 38, Crivitz, pleaded no contest June 16 to a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. A related felony bail jumping charge was dismissed in a plea agreement. Conley withheld sentencing and placed him on one year of probation with conditions.
• Christopher Bolian Dixon, 37, Oconto, was charged June 15 with strangulation and suffocation, false imprisonment and misdemeanor counts of battery and disorderly conduct. Judge Hannah Schuchart set a $5,000 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until July 16.
• Robert L. McDermid Jr., 49, Oconto Falls, was charged June 15 with possession of methamphetamine. Schuchart set a $1,000 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until July 16.
• Grayson Wayne Earley, 24, Lena, was charged June 15 with second-degree recklessly endangering safety. Schuchart set a $500 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until July 16.
• Gerald J. DePouw, 69, Oconto, was charged June 16 with stalking. Schuchart set an $8,000 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until July 16.
• Jacob Paul David Fendley, 30, Abrams, was charged June 16 with possession of narcotic drugs, possession of THC (second or subsequent offense) and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Schuchart set a $1,000 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until July 16.
• Anthony S, Lonzo, 47, Oconto, was charged June 17 with felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer. Schuchart set a $500 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until June 18.
• Jonathon L. Wrycha, 44, Sobieski, was charged June 17 with maintaining a drug trafficking place, possession with intent to deliver non-narcotic drugs, possession with intent to deliver amphetamine or methamphetamine, felony cocaine possession, possession of amphetamine/LSD/psilocin (second or subsequent offense), possession of THC (second or subsequent offense) and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Schuchart set a $4,000 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until July 16.
