• Anthony R. Warrington, 37, a Shawano man serving a term at Fox Lake Correctional Institution, pleaded no contest Oct. 20 to manufacturing and delivering amphetamine and possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine. Judge Katherine Sloma sentenced him to 54 months in state prison, followed by five years of extended supervision with conditions.

• Caitlynn J. Testolin, 33, had her probation revoked Aug. 20 on two counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor charges of criminal trespass to a dwelling and criminal damage to property. Sloma sentenced her Oct. 21 to 10 months in county jail, time deemed served.

• Matthew J. Venderlinden, no age listed, Bonduel, pleaded no contest Oct. 21 to misdemeanor charges of criminal damage to property, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and disorderly conduct. Related felony charges were dismissed in a plea agreement. Sloma withheld sentencing and placed him on 15 months of probation with conditions.

• Joshua M. Healy, 40, Wittenberg, was charged Oct. 20 with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia to manufacture or store methamphetamine, two counts of felony bail jumping and two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping. Judge William Kussel Jr. set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Oct. 30.

• Brandy A. Moede, 41, Bowler, was charged Oct. 20 with two counts of felony bail jumping and a single count of misdemeanor bail jumping. Kussel set a $750 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Dec. 19.

• Norman J. Christian, 19, Cecil, was charged Oct. 20 with strangulation and suffocation. Kussel set a $5,000 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for Jan. 6.

• Charles L. Gordon, 45, Wittenberg, was charged Oct. 21 with attempted strangulation and suffocation, false imprisonment and misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct and resisting or obstructing an officer. Kussel set a $2,000 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Nov. 25.

• Paul Michael Bahr, 59, Wittenberg, was charged Oct. 22 with second-degree recklessly endangering safety. Kussel set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Dec. 9.

• Ashley M. Vandervelden, 38, Birnamwood, was charged Oct. 22 with possession of methamphetamine, battery and disorderly conduct as a domestic abuse repeater and a misdemeanor count of possession of THC. Kussel set a $1,000 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for Dec. 16.

• Justin J. Miller, 32, Shawano, was charged Oct. 24 with four counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of violating a domestic abuse order and resisting or obstructing an officer. Kussel set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Nov. 6.

• Amber R. Schultz, 41, Shawano, was charged Oct. 24 with possession of methamphetamine, possession of THC (second or subsequent offense) and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Kussel set a $750 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Dec. 9.

• Shawn V. Barnes, 44, Shawano, was charged Oct. 24 with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia to manufacture or store methamphetamine, maintaining a drug trafficking place, 10 counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of THC. Kussel set a $3,500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Oct. 28.
