• Cody M. Valdez, 32, Wausau, pleaded no contest Sept. 4 to possession of methamphetamine, possession of narcotic drugs, felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. Judge Gregory Strasser levied fines and. court costs and sentenced him to 213 days in county jail. • David L. Heling, 38, New Lisbon, pleaded no contest Sept. 3 to possession with intent to deliver amphetamine or methamphetamine, possession of a firearm by a person convicted of a felony, three counts of possession of methamphetamine, three counts of felony bail jumping and three counts of misdemeanor bail jumping. Judge Katherine Sloma sentenced him to 36 months in prison, followed by four years of extended supervision with conditions. • Edward Montelongo, 31, Shawano, pleaded no contest Sept. 3 to stalking, five counts of misdemeanor bail jumping and a misdemeanor charge of battery. Judge William Kussel Jr. imposed and stayed a prison sentence, then placed him on three years of probation with conditions. • Terrance L. Meloy, 57, New London, pleaded no contest Sept. 4 to felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct. Sloma withheld sentencing and placed him on one year of probation with conditions. • Deon L. Duke, 46, listed as homeless, pleaded guilty Sept. 3 to criminal damage to property. Sloma withheld sentencing and placed him on three years of probation with conditions including $5,879.83 in restitution. • Hasssan N. Malley, 35, Beverly Shores, Indiana, waived his right to extradition, and Kussel signed an order of extradition to another jurisdiction. • Peter G. Vigue, 46, Shawano, was charged Sept. 3 with felony bail jumping. Kussel set a $2,500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Sept. 5, when a status conference was scheduled for Oct. 10. • David H. Vondracek, 64, Tigerton, was charged Sept. 3 with substantial battery intending bodily harm and misdemeanor counts of battery and disorderly conduct. Kussel set a $2,500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Sept. 10. • Tina M. Sandoval, 54, Shawano, was charged Sept. 3 with felony bail jumping and battery or threat to a law officer. Kussel set a $1,000 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Nov. 20. • Robert L. Britz, 46, Shawano, was charged Sept. 3 with substantial battery intending bodily harm, strangulation and suffocation, three counts of misdemeanor bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Kussel set a $1,500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Sept. 5, when a status conference was scheduled for Oct. 22. • Thurston W. Prescott, 20, Wausau, was charged Sept. 3 with two counts of felony bail jumping. Kussel set a $500 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until Oct. 16. • Jacob M. Riopelle, 30, Shawano, was charged Sept. 3 with disorderly conduct as an alleged domestic abuse repeater. Kussel set a $5,000 signature bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Sept. 23. • Marcos A. Smith, 20, Shawano, was charged Sept. 3 with two counts of felony bail jumping and one count of misdemeanor bail jumping. Kussel set a $1,500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Sept. 10. • Aleicia M. Kinney, 35, Shawano, was charged Sept. 5 with child abuse intentionally causing great bodily harm, eight counts of misdemeanor bail jumping, and a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Kussel set a $750 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Sept. 10. • Shauna M. Bradbury, 37, Cecil, was charged Sept. 5 with fleeing an officer in her vehicle. Kussel set a $750 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Sept. 11. • Ryan S. Hansen, 36, Shawano, was charged Sept. 6 with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia to manufacture methamphetamine. Kussel set a $1,500 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for Dec. 16. • Robynne E. Mattsen, 30, Wausau, was charged Sept. 6 with second-degree recklesssly endangering safety, possession of narcotic drugs, and misdemeanor counts of possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia. Kussel set a $5,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Sept. 10.
