Police logged 18 incidents, including the following:
Vandalism — Police responded to a vandalism complaint in the 800 block of South Smalley Street.
Drug Offense — Three La Crosse men — ages 24, 29 and 36 — were cited for possession, and two of the men were taken into custody on outstanding warrants after Kwik Trip, 1241 E. Green Bay St., reported workers on the roof were smoking marijuana. The workers were from Interstate Roofing and Waterproofing of La Crosse, according to police.
Trespass — Police responded to a trespassing complaint at the Shawano County Job Center, 607 E. Elizabeth St.
Fire — Police assisted at the scene of a dryer fire at the Washerette, 950 E. Fifth St.
Juvenile — Police responded to a juvenile problem in the 1200 block of South Franklin Street.
Aug. 18
Police logged 12 incidents, including the following:
Warrant — A 22-year-old man was taken into custody on a warrant at Richmond and Washington streets.
Warrant — A 26-year-old man was taken into custody on a warrant in the 400 block of South Sawyer Street.
Bail Jumping — A 49-year-old man was taken into custody for bail jumping at Hensel’s Shawano Inn, 134 S. Washington St.

OWI — A 25-year-old woman was arrested for operating while intoxicated at Main and Hill streets.
Disturbance — Police responded to a disturbance at Badgerland Tire, 1438 E. Green Bay St.
Harassment — Police responded to a harassment complaint at the Wisconsin House, 216 E. Green Bay St.
Disturbance — Police responded to a disturbance in the 800 block of East Richmond Street.
Disturbance — A 35-year-old man was cited for disorderly conduct after police responded to a disturbance in the 500 block of South Union Street.
Aug. 16
Police logged 36 incidents, including the following:
Fraud — Police investigated a lottery scam complaint in the 700 block of South Main Street.
Shoplifting — Pick ‘N Save, 190 Woodlawn Drive, reported a customer had fraudulently returned vitamins.
Suspicious Person — A 23-year-old Clintonville man was arrested for disorderly conduct after a homeowner on Kleeman Court reported he had come home to find a strange man sleeping on his couch.
Shoplifting — Charlie’s County Market, 521 S. Main St., reported a shoplifter in custody.
Juvenile — Police responded to a juvenile problem in the 200 block of South Union Street.
Drug Offense — Two people were cited for possession of marijuana and paraphernalia at Union and Division streets.
Warrant — A 19-year-old male was taken into custody on a warrant at Bartlett and Green Bay streets.

Juvenile — Authorities responded to a juvenile tobacco complaint at Pond Park in Wittenberg.

Hit and Run — Authorities investigated a property damage hit-and-run after a vehicle bumped a motorcycle on Cecil Street in Bonduel and left the scene. There were no injuries.
Trespass — Authorities responded to a trespassing complaint on Butternut Road in Richmond.
Warrant — A 25-year-old Keshena man wanted for walking away from the Huber work release facility was taken into custody at the North Star Casino in Gresham.
Accidents — Authorities logged four accidents, including two deer-related crashes.

Vandalism — Damage to property was reported throughout the city after graffiti was painted on stop signs and city population signs.
Animal — Officers assisted a citizen on South Main Street with removing a bat from a residence.
