• Joshua W. Longsine, 36, Oconto Falls, pleaded no contest Aug. 19 to possession of THC (second or subsequent offense) and felony bail jumping. A third felony charge was dismissed but read into the record in a plea agreement. Judge withheld sentencing and placed him on one year of probation with conditions.
• James P. Linz, 44, Oconto, pleaded no contest Aug. 19 to misdemeanor charges of possession of THC and disorderly conduct. The possession charge was amended from a felony in a plea agreement. Judge withheld sentencing and placed him on one year of probation with conditions.
• Steven James Rhodes Jr., 19, Bellevue, pleaded no contest Aug. 22 to misdemeanor charges of battery and disorderly conduct. The battery charge was amended from a felony in a plea agreement. Judge Jay Conley withheld sentencing and placed him on 18 months of probation with conditions.
• Lizandro Perez Torres, 43, Lena, was charged Aug. 18 with first-degree recklessly endangering safety, substantial battery intending bodily harm, three misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct, and single misdemeanor charges of resisting or obstructing an officer and attempted criminal trespass to a building. Judge set a $200,000 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until Sept. 11.
• Justin R. Shepard, 47, Laona, was charged Aug. 19 with felony bail jumping. Conley set a $1,000 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until Sept. 11.
• Daniel L. McDermid, 44, Suring, was charged Aug. 20 with second-degree recklessly endangering safety and misdemeanor counts of criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct. Conley set a $5,000 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until Sept. 11.
• Ryan S. Anderley, 49, Lena, was charged Aug. 22 with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fourth offense). Conley set a $1,000 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until Sept. 11.
