• Alfred Duane Gristeau, 26, Gillett, pleaded no contest Aug. 19 to six counts of burglary to a building or dwelling, two counts of misdemeanor theft, two misdemeanor counts of crimnal damage to property, and misdemeanor charges of resisting or obstructing an officer and bail jumping. Judge Michael Judge sentenced him Oct. 20 to five years and six months in prison, followed by six years of extended supervision with conditions.

• Terrance R. Spice Jr., 38, Oconto, pleaded no contest Oct. 20 to felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of possession of harmful material to expose to a child, amended from a felony in a plea agreement. Judge withheld sentencing and placed him on one year of probation including five months in county jail with Huber work-release and good time privileges.

• Randall R. Kellogg, 36, Keshena, pleaded no contest Oct. 24 to second-degree recklessly endangering safety and misdemeanor charges of battery and disorderly conduct. Judge approved a deferred judgment agreement on the felony count, withholding sentencing and placing Kellogg on one year of probation with conditions for the misdemeanors.

• Wyatt R. Koebach, 30, Suring, was charged Oct. 24 with disorderly conduct as a domestic abuse repeater and making contact after a domestic abuse order. Judge set a $1,000 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until Nov. 6.
