Yvahn L. Shaw, 26, Oconto, made an initial appearance on charges of negligent handling of a weapon and disorderly conduct, both classified as hate crimes. She was arrested Nov. 12 in Oconto, after threatening another with a knife. Her bond was set at $200 cash, and her appearance is continued to Dec. 5.
Dylan J. Wittock, 19, Lena, pleaded not guilty to charges of being party to burglary, party to causing criminal damage to property and theft, all of which allegedly took place May 9 in the town of Stiles, and to being party to theft May 13 in Oconto. His pretrial conference will be Jan. 7, and a $5,000 signature bond continues.
After plea negotiations, Ryan J. Netzer, 25, Lena, entered no contest pleas to delivery of narcotics on Sept. 6 and Sept. 18, 2012, in Oconto County. The court withheld finding of guilt on the first charge and suspended sentencing for up to four years. On the second count he was ordered to spend three years and six months in prison, with 18 months of confinement and two years of extended supervision. During the extended supervision period he is to pay $268 court costs, maintain absolute sobriety, have no alcohol or illegal drugs, seek and maintain full-time employment, possess no firearms and undergo any treatment or counseling recommended. Two additional charges of delivery of narcotics on Nov. 12 and Dec. 3, 2012, were read in and dismissed.

An arraignment is Nov. 22 for Brett A. Harvey, 18, Oconto. He is accused of forgery, theft and identity theft for financial gain, which allegedly took place Oct. 17 in Oconto. A $1,000 cash bond was set.
A preliminary hearing will be Nov. 20 for Corey W. Stewart, 19, Oconto. He was arrested Nov. 4 in Oconto and charged with disorderly conduct and causing physical abuse to a child intending to cause bodily harm, and on Oct. 1 in Oconto for disorderly conduct and repeated sexual assault of a child. His $1,500 cash bond continues.
A preliminary hearing will be Dec. 19 for Tasha M. Carter, 23, Pulaski. She is accused of repeated battery of a peace officer, repeatedly resisting an officer, which caused bodily harm to the officer, and repeated disorderly conduct, all of which allegedly took place Sept. 27 in the town of Abrams. Her $15,000 cash bond continues.
Amanda L. Andrews, 32, Lena, made an initial appearance on charges of second-degree endangering another’s safety and disorderly conduct. She was arrested Oct. 17 in the town of Stiles. Her bond was set at $500 cash.
A preliminary hearing will be Jan. 7 for Nathan M. Belongia, 18, Oconto. He faces charges of throwing or discharging bodily fluid at a public safety officer, resisting an officer and disorderly conduct. He was arrested Sept. 29 in Oconto. A $5,000 signature bond continues.
A pretrial conference is Dec. 5 for Lauren S. Ireland, 34, Pulaski, who is accused of being party to a burglary and two counts of being party to theft of movable property. The offenses allegedly occurred May 10 in the town of Chase. Her $10,000 signature bond continues.
A preliminary hearing is Dec. 9 for Roger L. Cruz, 39, Lena. He faces charges of repeated strangulation and suffocation, repeated battery and repeated disorderly conduct, which allegedly occurred Oct. 6 in Lena. His $1,000 cash bond continues.
An arraignment is Dec. 16 for Devin B. Pearson, 18, Oconto Falls. He is charged with second-degree sexual assault of a child, which allegedly took place Aug. 24 in Stiles. His $1,250 cash bond continues.
A preliminary hearing is Dec. 9 for Christopher L. Harris, 22, Oconto Falls. He is charged with two counts of second-degree sexual assault of a child, which allegedly took place between June 1 and Oct. 6. He posted a $1,500 cash bond.
An arraignment will take place Dec. 5 for Roy R. O’Harrow, 18, Lena. He faces charges of second-degree recklessly endangering safety of another, intentionally pointing a firearm at another, and endangering another’s safety by use of a dangerous weapon. The offenses allegedly occurred Sept. 28 in Little River. His $1,000 cash bond continues.
A preliminary hearing will be held Jan. 13 for Alexander S. Arias, 18, Green Bay. He is charged with exposing genitals to a child in the town of Mountain between March 1 and Dec. 6, 2012. A $10,000 signature bond continues.
Aaron D. Yokeum, 34, Mountain, made an initial appearance on charges of repeated disorderly conduct and repeated causing substantial battery intending bodily harm. The offenses allegedly took place Sept. 21 in Mountain. His $1,000 cash bond continues. His initial appearance will continue Dec. 20.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled Dec. 19 for Terry A. Cox, 35, Green Bay, who is charged with theft of movable property, which allegedly occurred between Sept. 28 and 29 in Pensaukee. A $2,500 signature bond continues.
Jessica M. Hager, 25, Abrams, entered not guilty pleas to being party to maintaining a drug trafficking place, party to possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, and party to possession of drug paraphernalia, all of which allegedly took place Sept. 3 in Abrams. Her pretrial conference is Dec. 5, and a $5,000 signature bond continues.
A preliminary hearing will be held Dec. 20 for Austin R. Johnson, 18, Freedom. He is charged with misappropriating identity to obtain money on June 22 in Spruce. His $2,500 signature bond continues.
Not guilty pleas to battery and disorderly conduct were entered by Shelley L. Serjern, also known as Shelley L. Lorentz, 43, Gillett. She was arrested Aug. 1 and Aug. 23 in Underhill. A pretrial conference will be Dec. 5, and a $326.50 cash bond continues.
A preliminary hearing is set for Jan. 17 for Garrett D. Wegener, 27, a resident at the Brown County Jail. He is accused of being party to two burglaries by arming himself with a dangerous weapon and three counts of being party to theft, all of which allegedly took place May 30 in Little Suamico. His $2,000 cash bond continues.

Jedd K. Roselund, 28, Rothschild, stood mute at his arraignment for driving while intoxicated, second offense, attempting to flee or elude a traffic officer, obstructing an officer and driving with blood alcohol content greater than the legal limit. The court entered not guilty pleas to all charges on his behalf. He was arrested Aug. 24 in Gillett. His pretrial conference will be Jan. 9, and a $2,500 cash bond continues.
An arraignment is Dec. 5 for Robert J. Gartzke, 62, Lakewood. He was arrested July 14 in the town of Lakewood for possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance. His $2,000 signature bond continues.
Craig A. Spice II, 31, Suring, was sentenced to five years in prison for repeated failure to pay child support. The sentence was imposed and stayed, and he was placed on probation three years, ordered to spend a year in jail, which was stayed for 60 days, pay $268 court costs, maintain absolute sobriety, find full-time employment and have no alcohol or illegal drugs. He was also sentenced to two years in prison on two additional charges of failure to pay child support, and both were imposed and stayed. Also, six charges of failure to pay child support were read in and dismissed. The offenses took place between June 1, 2008 and May 31, 2012.
Michael L. Willis, 21, Lena, entered not guilty pleas to being party to burglary and theft, which allegedly occurred May 9 in the town of Stiles, party to burglary and theft on May 8 and 9 in Lena, party to burglary and party to theft May 12 and 13 in Lena, and party to theft May 13 in Oconto. His pretrial conference is Dec. 5, and a $5,000 signature bond continues.
