Julie A. Kratz, 46, Seymour, entered a no contest plea to being party to delivering a controlled substance during the summer of 2012 in Oconto Falls. Her sentencing was withheld, and she was placed on probation 15 months, ordered to pay $243 court costs, maintain absolute sobriety and attend alcohol and other drug abuse assessment.
A preliminary hearing will be held Jan. 7 for Ashly J. Toth, 31, Oconto Falls. She is charged with physical harm to a child intentionally causing bodily harm, physical abuse to a child, both which allegedly took place Dec. 16, 2012, in Oconto Falls, and with disorderly conduct and felony bail jumping both on Dec. 13, 2012, also in Oconto Falls. Her $1,000 signature bond continues.
Sentencing was withheld for Ronald L. Ketchum, 28, Peshtigo, charged with physical abuse of a child intentionally causing bodily harm, battery and disorderly conduct on June 9 in Oconto, stalking and felony bail jumping on June 28 in Oconto. He was placed on probation two years, ordered to pay $250 DNA surcharge and $268 court costs, spend 120 days in jail and pay restitution of $682.50. He must maintain absolute sobriety and attend alcohol and other drug abuse assessment.
Sentencing is Feb. 12 for Jeremy L. Dey, 36, Oconto Falls. He is accused of being party to burglary, two counts of being party to theft, possession of burglarious tools and bail jumping, which occurred July 15 and 23 in Oconto Falls, and of burglary and being party to burglary and theft, which took place between April 1 and Oct. 31, 2012, in Oconto Falls. His $5,000 cash bond continues.
A pretrial conference is Jan. 19 for Samantha L. Smith, 18, Oconto. She faces charges of felony bail jumping and disorderly conduct from Sept. 1 in Oconto, felony bail jumping Dec. 6 in Oconto Falls and felony bail jumping Oct. 12 in Oconto. A motion to reduce her bond was denied, and it remains at $10,000 cash.
A pretrial conference will take place Feb. 13 for Terry A. Cox, 35, Green Bay, who is accused of theft on Sept. 28 to Sept. 29 in the town of Pensaukee. A $2,500 signature bond was furnished.
Sentencing has been withheld for James I. Dams, 54, Oconto Falls, charged with manufacturing a controlled substance in March 2012 and being party to manufacturing a controlled substance during the summer of 2012 in Oconto Falls. He was placed on probation a year with the conditions he pay $268 court costs, maintain absolute sobriety, attend alcohol and other drug abuse assessment and have no contact with Peter Hanson or Charles Mlados.
Jacob F. Cruz, 25, Abrams, was ordered to pay $884 for driving after revocation and failure to install an ignition interlock on his vehicle. He was arrested July 20, 2012, in Oconto.
Richard T. Michiels, 22, De Pere, was sentenced to five years of confinement and four years of extended supervision on one count of conspiracy (for conduct occurring in Brown County), three counts of burglary, two counts of felony theft and one count of obstructing an officer (for conduct occurring in Oconto County), and four read-in offenses that occurred in Marinette County. According to court records, Michiels conspired with two others to commit numerous burglaries of small businesses in Brown, Marinette and Oconto counties. The primary method of entry was by sawing a hole in the roof of the establishment.

Mark H. Woods, 58, Oconto Falls, entered not guilty pleas to charges of strangulation and suffocation, battery and disorderly conduct, which allegedly occurred Sept. 22 in Oconto Falls. His pretrial is Jan. 22, and a $2,000 cash bond continues.
Joshua P. Smet, 24, Gillett, pleaded no contest to being party to a theft, which took place Sept. 20 in Gillett. He was sentenced to 120 days in jail and ordered to pay $253 court costs. Read in and dismissed were charges of being party to burglary and party to obstructing an officer.
Sentencing was withheld for Keith J. Pearson, 21, Oconto, for failure to pay child support, and he was placed on probation two years. Conditions of the probation are that he spend 90 days in jail and pay $268 court and any arrears. The jail time will not be required if he is employed 40 hours a week. He must continue to undergo evaluations or any treatment programs recommended.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled Jan. 2 for Justin L. Douglas, a resident at Columbia Correctional Institution, Portage. He is accused of being party to a burglary armed with a dangerous weapon, party to burglary and five counts of being party to theft, which allegedly took place June 12, 2012, in the town of Underhill. His $10,000 cash bond continues.

Brett A. Harvey, 18, Oconto, pleaded not guilty to two charges of forgery and an identity theft for financial gain charge. The offenses allegedly occurred Oct. 17 in Oconto. His $1,000 cash bond continues, and his pretrial is Jan. 9.
An arraignment is Jan. 3 for Amanda L. Andrews, 32, Lena. She is accused of second degree recklessly endangering another’s safety and disorderly conduct and was arrested Oct. 17 in the town of Stiles. A $500 cash bond continues.

Tressa M. Gilbert, 44, Oconto Falls, pleaded not guilty to two counts of forgery, which allegedly took place June 15 in Oconto Falls. A hearing is Jan. 10, and her $500 cash bond continues.
A status conference is Feb. 4 for Robert T. Miles, 29, Redgranite. He is accused of being party to a burglary and 17 counts of being party to thefts, which allegedly took place Aug. 26, 2011, in the town of Abrams. No bond was set; he is serving time in prison for other crimes.
A preliminary hearing will be Feb. 4 for Margaret A. Kelly, 34, Oconto. She faces charges of being party to 13 counts of conspiring to deliver a controlled substance on May 30 in Oconto and to food stamp fraud alleged to have occurred between Dec. 5, 2011, and May 24, 2012, in Oconto. Her $50,000 cash bond continues.
A pretrial conference is Jan. 13 for Devin B. Pearson, 19, Oconto Falls. He is charged with sexual assault of a child under the age of 16 on Aug. 24 in the town of Stiles. His $1,250 cash bond continues.
Cory R. Basten, 24, Mountain, made an initial appearance on a charge of operating another’s vehicle without the owner’s consent on Oct. 11 or Oct. 12, in the town of Little Suamico. His appearance is continued until Jan. 9, and a $200 cash bond continues.
A plea hearing will take place Feb. 11 for Adam J. Charles, 43, Gillett He entered a no contest plea to driving while intoxicated, eighth offense, on Aug. 4 in the town of Spruce. Charges of obstructing an officer and disorderly conduct were read in and will be dismissed.

A scheduling conference will be held Jan. 9 for Danielle M. Donaldson, 20, Green Bay. She is accused of being party to burglary while arming herself with a dangerous weapon, three counts of being party to theft, and a charge of being party to burglary, which all allegedly occurred May 30 in the town of Little Suamico. Her $5,000 cash bond continues.
A pretrial conference will Jan. 9 for John P. Kollman, 34, Green Bay. He is accused of being party to two counts of theft and a charge of being party to burglary, which allegedly took place May 10 in the town of Chase. His status conference will take place Jan. 9, and his $500 cash bond continues.
A preliminary hearing was held for Ronald R. Griffin II, 41, Oconto. He is charged with third degree sexual assault, which allegedly took place May 14 in Oconto and with second degree sexual assault, false imprisonment and battery from an incident on Aug. 18 in the town of Stiles. His arraignment will be Jan. 9, and a $30,000 cash bond continues.

A plea and sentencing hearing will be held Dec. 18 for Joshua P. Smet, 24, Gillett. He is charged with, as a repeater, being party to burglary, party to theft and party to obstructing an officer on Sept. 20 in Gillett. His bond was reduced from $1,500 cash to $1,000 cash.
An initial appearance was held for Samantha L. Smith, 18, Oconto, who is accused of felony bail jumping on Dec. 5. Her appearance will continue Jan. 9. Her bond of $10,000 for this case and three prior cases continues.
