Samantha L. Smith, 18, Oconto, entered not guilty pleas to three charges of felony bail jumping and to disorderly conduct, which allegedly occurred Sept. 3, Oct. 12, and Dec. 6. Her pretrial conference is April 10, and a $10,000 cash bond continues.
A preliminary hearing is March 14 for Johnny Reed, 33, Oconto. He is accused of being party to a robbery Nov. 30 in Oconto. His $10,000 cash bond continues.
Keith A. Manecke, 51, Gillett, pleaded not guilty to strangulation and suffocation and disorderly conduct, which allegedly took place Dec. 30 in the town of Underhill. His pretrial conference is March 13, and his $500 cash bond continues.
A preliminary hearing is March 19 for Kandice M. King, 30, Suring. She is accused of possession of narcotic drugs and possessing an illegally obtained prescription on Dec. 13 in Gillett. Her $2,000 signature bond continues.
A pretrial conference is April 10 for Tasha M. Carter, 24, Pulaski. She faces charges of battery to a law enforcement officer, repeated resisting an officer causing great bodily harm, and repeated disorderly conduct. She was arrested Sept. 27 in the town of Chase. Her $1,500 cash bond continues.
Daniel B. Schuettpelz, 34, Sobieski, made an initial appearance on a charge of driving while intoxicated, fifth or sixth offense, Jan. 15. His appearance will continue March 13, and a $2,000 cash bond was posted.
A pretrial conference is March 14 for Ashly J. Toth, 31, Oconto Falls. She is charged with child abuse intentionally causing harm and child abuse recklessly causing harm, which allegedly took place Dec. 1, 2012, in Oconto Falls, and with disorderly conduct and felony bail jumping on Dec. 13. Her $1,000 signature bond continues .
Terry Cox, 36, Green Bay, entered a not guilty plea to a charge of theft of movable property, which allegedly took place between Sept. 28 and 29 in the town of Pensaukee. His pretrial conference is March 13, and a $2,500 signature bond continues.
A preliminary hearing is Feb. 20 for Howard R. Lucas, 39, Green Bay. He is accused of being party to theft of movable property, party to driving another’s vehicle with consent, and party to entry to a building construction site on Jan. 13 or 14 in the town of Townsend. His $1,500 cash bond continues.
Yvonne M. Knutson 49, Oconto, entered not guilty pleas to being party to maintaining a drug trafficking place and four charges of party to possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, all which allegedly took place between Sept. 1, 2008, and June 6 in Oconto. Her pretrial conference is March 13, and she remains in custody in lieu of bond.
A preliminary hearing is March 31 for Cory R. Basten, 24, Mountain. He faces a charge of taking and driving another’s vehicle without consent between Oct. 11 and 12, 2013, in the town of Little Suamico. His $200 cash bond continues.

Adam J. Charles, 44, Gillett, was sentenced to eight years in prison on a charge of driving while intoxicated, eighth offense. He was arrested Aug. 4 in the town of Spruce. Four years of confined was ordered with four years of extended supervision. He must pay $3,547 in fines and court costs, must have no alcohol or illegal drugs and not drive without a valid license. An ignition interlock was imposed for 36 months and his license is revoked 36 months. Charges of obstructing an officer and disorderly conduct were dismissed.

Ryan L. Lunzmann, 31, Oconto, made an initial appearance on four counts of forgery, which allegedly took place Sept. 19 to 25 in Oconto, and five counts of identify theft for financial gain, which are alleged to have taken place Sept. 19 to Oct. 2, in Oconto. A preliminary hearing is March 10, and a $5,000 signature bond was set.

An arraignment is March 10 for Margaret A. Kelly, 34, Oconto, who is charged with 13 counts of being party to intending to distribute a controlled substance on May 30 in Oconto. A $50,000 cash bond continues. She was placed on probation two years and six months for food stamp fraud, which occurred between Dec. 8, 2011, and May 24, 2012, in Oconto. Conditions of the probation are that she attend any counseling or treatment programs recommended, maintain absolute sobriety and have no alcohol, illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia. She must pay $250 DNA surcharge, $268 court costs and $1,485.40 restitution.

David M. Ullrich, 40, Lakewood, was ordered to spend 90 days in jail with work release privileges for attempting to intimidate a victim on Sept. 7, 2012, in the town of Lakewood. He was ordered to spend 90 days in jail, to run consecutive to the first jail sentence, for a charge of disorderly conduct that took place Sept. 8, 2013, in the town of Lakewood. He must also pay $343 court costs.
