An initial appearance was held for Michael R. Knight, 32, Oconto Falls, on a charge of strangulation and suffocation, domestic abuse, which allegedly occurred Feb. 28 in Oconto Falls. A cash bond of $500 was set. A preliminary hearing is March 26.
A status conference and initial appearance were held for Douglas M. Vandehei, 17, Little Suamico, on a charge of exposing a child to harmful material, which allegedly occurred Feb. 2 in Little Suamico. A cash bond of $3,250 was set. A preliminary hearing is March. 20.
An adjourned initial appearance was held for Justin A. Marquardt, 17, Oconto, on a charge of operating a motor vehicle without owner’s consent, which allegedly occurred Feb. 28 in Oconto. A $200 cash bond continues. A preliminary hearing is March 20.
An adjourned initial appearance was held for Tim W. Lintner, 61, Green Bay, on a charge of burglary of a building or dwelling, which allegedly occurred Feb. 14 in the town of Gillett. A cash bond of $20,000 continues. A preliminary hearing is March 20.
An adjourned initial appearance was held for Leroy D. Osgood, 23, Gillett, on a charge of robbery with use of force, which allegedly occurred Nov. 30 in Oconto. A cash bond of $25,000 continues. A preliminary hearing is March 20.
An adjourned initial appearance was held for Phillip J. Giese, 18, Pound, on charges of burglary of a building or dwelling as party to a crime and theft-movable property as party to a crime, which allegedly occurred between Feb. 9 and 21 in Mountain. A cash bail of $15,000 continues. A preliminary hearing is March 20.

A sentencing hearing was held for Tyson E. Rogers, 31, Wautoma, on charges of theft, which occurred on Sept. 6, 2012, in Abrams. He was sentenced to incarceration for one year, six months and extended supervision two years, six months. He must pay restitution of $367.50, court costs of $278 and Department of Corrections fees. He must maintain absolute sobriety, complete an AODA assessment, obtain an HSED or GED, stay out of taverns, have no contact with others involved, obtain employment and possess no firearms. A felony charge of burglary of a building or dwelling as party to a crime was read-in and dismissed.
A sentencing hearing was held for Timur A. Fursov, 18, Little Suamico, on charges of burglary of a building, which occurred Jan. 25, 2013, in the town of Chase. The deferred prosecutor agreement was revoked, and he was sentenced to 18 months of incarceration and two years, 6 months of extended supervision. He is is to obtain his GED or HSED and maintain full-time employment.

A plea and sentencing hearing was held for Brett A. Harvey, 18, Oconto. He pleaded no contest to a charge of misdemeanor theft, which occurred Oct. 17 in Oconto. Felony charges of forgery, identity theft – financial gain, and uttering a forgery were dismissed. He was sentenced to nine months jail, imposed and stayed, and one year probation. He must pay court costs of $253 and restitution of $367.50. He must obtain full-time employment or part-time employment if enrolled in school, maintain absolute sobriety and not possess or consume any illegal drugs.
Proceedings from March 10
A sentencing hearing was held for Shawn L. Kramer, 49, Lena, on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated fifth or sixth offense, and operating with prohibited alcohol concentration fifth or sixth offense, which occurred Feb. 18, 2012, in the town of Lena. She was sentenced five years in Taycheedah Correctional Institute, two years incarceration and three years extended supervision. She must pay $600 fines and court costs, Department of Corrections fees and $250 surcharge, maintain absolute sobriety, complete AODA assessment and follow-up, and stay out of taverns. Her driver’s license was revoked for 36 months, and an ignition interlock imposed for 36 months.
A plea and sentencing hearing was held for Breanna J. Heller, 22, Green Bay, on a charge of substantial battery, which allegedly occurred July 6 in the town of Lena. She pleaded no contest, and the court withheld a finding of guilty and judgment for a period not to exceed two years from sentencing date. She was sentenced to two years probation, must pay restitution of $449.15 to the victim and pay court costs of $243 and Department of Corrections fees. She is not to possess or consume any alcohol, illegal drugs or controlled substances and not enter tavern. She is to serve 20 days in jail, with 13 days credit. Court grants expunction if she successfully completes sentence and probation, stays crime free for two years and writes a petition to the court.
An arraignment was held for Howard R. Lucas, 39, Green Bay. He pleaded not guilty to a charge of operating a motor vehicle without owner’s consent as party to a crime Jan. 11 through Jan. 13 in Oconto County. Cash bond of $1,500 continues, and a pretrial conference is March 21.
An arraignment was held for Margaret A. Kelly, 34, Oconto County Jail. She pleaded not guilty to 13 drug charges, which allegedly occurred May 30 in Oconto. A cash bail of $50,000 continues. A pretrial conference is April 17.
Ryan L. Lunzmann, 31, Oconto, waived his right to a preliminary hearing on three charges of forgery, one from Sept. 19 and two from Sept. 25 in Oconto, and four charges of identity theft – financial gain, one from Sept. 19 , two from Sept. 25 and one from Oct. 2, all in Oconto. He was bound over for arraignment. A signature bond of $5,000 continues. A plea hearing is March 21.
A sentencing hearing was held for Laura L. Dey, 34, Oconto Falls, on a felony bail jumping charge ,which occurred on Sept. 12 in Oconto. She received a sentence, imposed and stayed, of five years and nine months. She is to pay restitution of $2,929.50 and court costs of $278. She is to have no contact with the victims, maintain absolute sobriety and perform an AODA and follow-up. She also received a sentence of nine months in jail and three years probation on a misdemeanor charge of retail theft, which also occurred on Sept. 12 in Oconto.
