George Buss, 75, of West Milwaukee, passed away Thursday, Dec. 5, 2013, in Milwaukee. Born on May 25, 1938, in Shawano County, he was the son of the late George and Ida (Weber) Buss.
George lived near Marion before moving to the Milwaukee area in the early 1960s.
George is survived by a brother, Earl (Ida) Buss, of Mattoon; a sister, Isabelle (Ray) Scott, of Tomah; a sister-in-law, Joyce Buss, of Leopolis; and nieces and nephews.
George was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, Jim Buss, and a sister, Elaine Schiessl.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Dec. 16, 2013, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Leopolis, with the Rev. Patrick Lloyd officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held at the Swedberg Funeral Home in Shawano on Monday from 9:30 a.m. until the procession leaves for the church at 10:30 a.m.
