Willy (Tim) Williamson, 52, Kimberly, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, Feb. 28, 2014. He was born in Appleton on June 17, 1962.
Willy was employed at the Kimberly Mill until its closure in 2008.
Willy will always be remembered for his passion for outdoor activities and love of family and friends. He also loved cooking, and everyone enjoyed a meal prepared by Willy.
He is survived by his parents, Al Williamson, Kimberly, and Carol (Hank) Mandel, Cecil; his siblings, Todd (Andrea), of Charlotte, N.C., Pauline (Derek) Ho, of Appleton, Julie (Gene) Wild, of Appleton, and Mark (Lisa) Williamson, of Kimberly; his beloved dog, Fry; and many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
A gathering and celebration of Willy’s life will be on Tuesday March 4, 2014, from 4-9 p.m. at the Kimberly Municipal Complex, 515 W. Kimberly Ave., Kimberly.
In lieu of flowers and other expressions of sympathy, a memorial fund has been established at Capital Credit Union, 855 Eisenhower Drive, Kimberly, WI 54136.
