Dennis P. Arendt, 18, Oconto, made an initial appearance on a charge of sexual assault of a child under the age of 16, which allegedly took place between Oct. 15 and Nov. 20 in Oconto. His bond was set at $20,000 cash, and his appearance is continued to Dec. 5.
Proceedings from Nov. 20
An arraignment is Dec. 2 for Corey W. Stewart, 20, Oconto. He faces two charges of disorderly conduct and a charge of physical abuse to a child intentionally causing bodily harm, which allegedly took place Nov. 4 in Oconto, and repeated sexual assault of child, between April 4, 2012, and April 4, 2013, in Oconto. A $1,500 cash bond continues.
An arraignment will be held Dec. 5 for Timur A. Fursov, 18, Little Suamico, who is accused of felony bail jumping on Aug. 11. His $10,000 cash bond continues.
Proceedings from Nov. 19
A six-year prison sentence was imposed and stayed for Kayla I. Dwyer, 20, Green Bay. She was found guilty of being party to burglary of a building on Sept. 6, 2012, in the town of Abrams. She was placed on probation for three years to run concurrent with an Outagamie County sentence. She must pay restitution of $787.50, court costs of $278, attend alcohol and other drug abuse assessment and follow through, maintain absolute sobriety and not be in bars or taverns. She is to receive any counseling recommended, find and maintain full-time employment or part-time if enrolled in school and continue with mental health treatment. A charge of being party to theft on the same date was read in and dismissed.
An arraignment is Dec. 5 for Mary A. Baldwin, 49, Green Bay. She was arrested for food stamp fraud, which allegedly occurred April 1, 2012, and medical assistance fraud, which allegedly took place July 13, 2012. Her $2,000 signature bond continues.
A status conference and arraignment is Dec. 19 for Ashley J. Toth, 31, Oconto Falls. She is charged with physical abuse of a child intentionally causing bodily harm, which allegedly took place Sept. 28, 2012, and physical abuse of a child on Dec. 16, 2012, in Oconto Falls. Her $1,000 signature bond continues.
Proceedings from Nov. 18
Margaret A. Kelly, also known as Margaret A. Towns, 34, Oconto, made an initial appearance on a charge of food stamp fraud, which allegedly took place between Dec. 8, 2011, and May 24, 2012, in Oconto. A $2,500 signature bond was set, and her appearance is continued to Dec. 16. She also faces charges of being party to 13 counts of conspiring to commit possessing a controlled substance with intention to deliver on May 30, 2013. Her bond on these charges is set at $50,000 cash, and she is scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 16.
A pretrial conference will be held Dec. 5 for Laura L. Dey, 34, Oconto Falls. She stood mute at her court appearance, and the court entered not guilty pleas on her behalf for charges of felony bail jumping, retail theft and being party to burglary and to theft, which allegedly took place July 15, July 24 and between May 1 and Aug. 4, all in Oconto Falls. Her $15,000 cash bond continues.
Proceedings from Nov. 15
Nancy S. McCarthy, 28, Baileys Harbor, was sentenced to six months in jail, to run consecutively to a Brown County jail sentence. She was arrested for the March 16 offense of possession of an illegally obtained prescription. On a theft charge, a sentence of six months in jail was imposed and stayed, and she was placed on probation for two years with the conditions she pay $253 costs and have no alcohol or illegal drugs.
Brian C. Vincent, 27, Abrams, entered not guilty pleas to being party to maintaining a drug trafficking place, possessing with intent to deliver a controlled substance and party to possession of drug paraphernalia on Sept. 3 in the town of Abrams. His pretrial conference is Jan. 19, and a $500 cash bond continues.
Daniel R. Williams, 21, Pulaski, pleaded not guilty to being party to burglary of a building as a repeater and repeated theft. He was arrested for the offenses, which allegedly occurred Oct. 1 in the town of Chase. His $20,000 cash bond continues.
Robert R. Griffin II, 41, Oconto, made an initial appearance on charges of third degree sexual assault, which allegedly took place May 14 in Oconto, and of second degree sexual assault, false imprisonment and battery, on Aug. 18 in the town of Stiles. His bond was set at $30,000 cash, and his appearance is continued to Dec. 5.
Ryan G. Larson, 19, Sobieski, pleaded not guilty to two counts of burglary and two counts of theft, which allegedly took place Sept. 1 to 9 in the town of Little Suamico. His $2,000 cash bond continues.
Tresa M. Gilbert, 44, Oconto Falls, made an initial appearance on two counts of forgery, which allegedly occurred July 15 in Oconto Falls. Her appearance will continue Dec. 5, and a $5,000 cash bond was set.
