Dustin T. Sonnenburg, Gresham, pleaded no contest to possession of a controlled substance. He was arrested June 21, 2012, in Gillett. He was placed in the Oconto County Volunteers In Probation program for a year, ordered to pay $253 court costs, attend alcohol and other drug abuse assessment, and receive any treatment or counseling ordered.
A pretrial conference is scheduled Feb. 13 for Yvahn L. Shaw, 26, Oconto. She is charged with endangering the safety of another by use of a dangerous weapon and disorderly conduct on Nov. 12 in Oconto. Her $200 cash bond continues.
An initial appearance will continue Jan. 9 for Keith A. Smet, 26, Oconto, who faces charges of repeated sexual assault of a child, which allegedly took place between June 1 and Sept. 30 in Oconto. His bond is set at $50,000, and he is to have no contact with the alleged victim or any minor females.
A status conference will be held Jan. 28 for Lauren S. Ireland, 34, Pulaski. She is accused of being party to burglary of a building and two counts of being party to theft, which allegedly occurred May 10. Her $10,000 signature bond continues.
A preliminary hearing is Dec. 16 for Tresa M. Gilbert, 44, Oconto Falls, who is charged with two counts of forgery, which allegedly took place between July 15 and 17. A $5,000 cash bond continues.
A plea and sentencing hearing will take place Jan. 31 for Tyler Hoffman, 17, Oconto Falls. He is accused of causing substantial battery intending bodily harm and disorderly conduct on May 10. His $5,000 signature bond continues. A status conference will be held March 13 for Andrew T. Whitcomb, 23, Appleton. He is accused of being party to burglary and six counts of being party to theft, which allegedly took place June 12. A $5,000 signature bond continues.
A plea hearing is Jan. 22 for Michael L. Willis, 21, Lena, who faces three charges of being party to burglary, two counts of theft and a charge of causing criminal damage to property on May 8 and 9. His $5,000 signature bond continues.
A hearing will take place Jan. 10 for Yvonne M. Knutson, 49, Oconto. She is charged with maintaining a drug trafficking place and four counts of possessing with intent to deliver a controlled substance between Sept. 1, 2008, and June 6, 2013. Her $20,000 signature bond continues.
A plea and sentencing hearing will take place Jan. 22 for Amy M. Nieto, 27, Suring. She is accused of misstating facts to receive food stamps and benefit fraud application, both between May 1, 2010, and Nov. 30, 2012. Her $2,000 signature bond continues.
A status conference will be held Jan. 9 for Daniel J. Frausto, 38, Waupun. He is accused of two counts of being party to burglary and seven counts of being party to theft, which allegedly occurred on Aug. 26. A $50,000 signature bond continues.
A plea hearing is Jan. 7 for Laura L. Dey, 34, Oconto Falls. She faces charges of being party to theft on July 10, party to burglary and two counts of theft on Aug. 4, retail theft on Sept. 12 and two counts of bail jumping May 1 and Sept. 12. Her $15,000 cash bond continues.
A preliminary hearing is Dec. 12 for Dennis P. Arendt, 18, Oconto. He faces a charge of second degree sexual assault of a child, which allegedly took place between Oct. 15 and Nov. 20. His bond of $20,000 cash continues.
Brandon J. Bero, 19, Sheboygan, is to appear at a status conference Feb. 14 on a charge of child abuse intentionally causing harm, which is alleged to have taken place July 21. He posted a $500 cash bond.

She faces charges of being party to maintaining a drug trafficking place, party to possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, and party to possession of drug paraphernalia, all on Sept. 3. A pretrial conference is Jan. 9 for Roy R. O’Harrow, 19, Lena, who faces charges of second degree recklessly endangering another’s safety, intentionally pointing a firearm at a person and endangering another’s safety by use of a dangerous weapon. He was arrested for the offenses on Sept. 28. He posted a $1,000 cash bond.
A pretrial conference is Feb. 13 for Mary A. Baldwin, 49, Green Bay, who is charged with misstating facts to obtain food stamps and fraud to obtain medical assistance, both between April 1 and July 31, 2012. Her $2,000 signature bond continues.
A pretrial conference will take place March 4 for Gary G. Rosek, 59, Suamico. He is charged with driving while intoxicated, fifth or sixth offense, and driving with blood alcohol content greater than the legal limit, both on July 28. He furnished a $2,500 cash bond and was ordered to not drive without a valid license.
Jason M. Sutrick, 34, Oconto Falls, is to appear at his pretrial conference on March 3. He is accused of causing substantial battery intending bodily harm and disorderly conduct. Both incidents allegedly took place April 18. His $1,000 cash bond continues.
A pretrial conference will be Jan. 9 for Samantha L. Smith, 18, Oconto. She is charged with felony bail jumping on Oct. 12. She is also accused of disorderly conduct and bail jumping on Sept. 1. Her $1,500 cash bond continues.
Shawn L. Kramer, 49, Lena, is to appear at her pretrial conference Jan. 13 on two counts of bail jumping, which occurred on Sept. 28. A $10,000 cash bond continues.

A motion to reduce his bond from $30,000 to $1,000 cash was denied to Ronald R. Griffin II, 41, Oconto. He is charged with third degree sexual assault, which allegedly took place May 24 in Oconto and with second degree sexual assault, false imprisonment and battery, which allegedly occurred Aug. 18 in the town of Stiles.

Corey W. Stewart, 19, Oconto, entered not guilty pleas to disorderly conduct, causing physical abuse to a child intentionally causing bodily harm, and repeated sexual abuse of a child. The offenses allegedly took place Nov. 4 in Oconto. His pretrial conference is Jan. 9, and a $1,500 cash bond continues.
