Proceedings from Feb. 28 A sentencing hearing was held for Jeremy L. Dey, 36, on two counts of burglary of a building or dwelling and one count of theft of movable property – special facts. He was sentenced to six years of incarceration, including three years of extended supervision for the first two counts and one year incarceration with one year of extended supervision for third. All sentences will be served concurrently. He received credit of 207 days for time served and is eligible for the Challenge Incarceration and Substance Abuse programs. He must pay $19,152.64 in restitution and court costs of $556. He must have no contact with the victims, maintain absolute sobriety and employment, obtain his GED and complete an intervention program. Read in and dismissed were two felony counts of burglary of a building or dwelling, a felony count of possession of burglarious tools and four misdemeanor charges. Proceedings from Feb. 26 Jose A. Nieto, 37, of Suring, pleaded no contest to a felony charge of child enticement which occurred Dec. 31, 2011, in the town of How. A bond of $100,000 was revoked. The court ordered a presentencing investigation and set a sentencing date for April 17. Proceedings from Feb. 24 Nathan M. Belongia, 18, of Oconto, pleaded no contest to two misdemeanor counts of resisting an officer and disorderly conduct. He was sentenced to one year probation on each count to run concurrently and must pay court costs of $243 and all Department of Corrections supervision fees. The court granted expunction if he successfully completes the probation, stays crime free for one year and writes a petition to the court. He is to have no alcohol, illegal drugs, controlled substances or drug paraphernalia. A felony charge of throwing or discharging bodily fluids at a public safety worker was amended and removed from the complaint. An adjourned initial appearance was held for Matthias C. Andrews, 25, of Abrams, on a felony charge of strangulation and suffocation, which allegedly occurred Jan. 20 in the city of Oconto. A cash bond of $1,000 continues, and a preliminary hearing is March 21.
