• Richard J. Schreiber, 56, Green Bay, pleaded no contest to two counts of felony child neglect and one count of misdemeanor child neglect. Judge William Kussel Jr. withheld sentencing and placed him on three years of probation with conditions.
• Jonathon R. Torres, 47, Neopit, pleaded no contest May 11 to possession of methamphetamine, possession of narcotic drugs, possession of THC (second or subsequent offense), two counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor charges of operating while revoked, resisting or obstructing an officer, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Kussel sentenced him to 180 days in county jail, consecutive to any other sentences he is currently serving. Since he was given credit for 403 days already served, the sentence is considered served.
• Jacob M. Bray, 32, Waupaca, pleaded no contest May 12 to misdemeanor charges of bail jumping and possession of THC. The THC charge was amended from a felony in a plea agreement. Kussel levied fines and court costs of $1,052.
• Stuart L. Long, 40, Shawano, pleaded no contest May 14 to four misdemeanor counts of victim intimidation. Related felony charges were dismissed but read into the record in a plea agreement. Kussel imposed and stayed a jail sentence, then placed him on two years of probation with conditions.
• Chad E. Rockman, 32, an inmate at Oshkosh Correctional Institution, pleaded no contest May 13 to two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping. The charges were amended from felonies in a plea agreement. Judge Katherine Sloma levied court costs and sentenced him to 30 days in jail.
• Mark W. Fouts, 59, Shawano, was charged May 11 with felony bail jumping. Kussel set a $250 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for May 19.
• Trista M. Sawlsville, 27, Shawano, was charged May 11 with felony bail jumping. Kussel set a $100 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for June 22.
• Ava A. Kobs, 17, Green Bay, was charged May 12 with strangulation and suffocation and misdemeanor counts of battery and disorderly conduct. Kussel set a $2,500 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for July 27.
• Greg Robert Bohm, 51, no address listed, was charged May 13 with battery to an elder person or person at risk, two counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct and two counts of battery. Kussel set a $1,000 cash bond, and a status conference was set for May 26.
• Dylan J. Nutt, 37, Shiocton, was charged May 14 with possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine and felony bail jumping. Kussel set a $15,000 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for June 23.
• Zachary J. Fossum, 33, Shawano, was charged May 15 with fleeing an officer in his vehicle and first-degree recklessly endangering safety. Kussel set a $3,500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for May 19.
• Melissa M. Kelley, 27, Keshena, was charged May 15 with possession of drug paraphernalia to manufacture or store methamphetamine, manufacture and delivery of Schedule I and II narcotics, possession of methamphetamine and possession of narcotic drugs. Kussel set a $2,500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for May 20.
