Marlo King

Marlo King, 39, of Neopit, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, Aug. 21, 2013. Born on March 3, 1974, in Green Bay, she was the daughter of Orlin D. and Pamela L. (King) Webster Sr. Marlo was enrolled at the College of the Menominee Nation pursuing a career as a certified nursing assistant with hopes of caring for her mother. She was also planning a summer 2014 wedding to Ramon Crow. When not working, Marlo loved to spend time with her family and friends, especially her beloved new grandson born this past July. She also liked to play bingo and gamble and loved Code Red. Marlo is survived by her children, Bernard J. Fowler III, Diandra R. Fowler, Damon E. Fowler; her grandson, Jayden Joseph Sanapaw; her fiancé, Ramon Crow; her parents, Orlin and Pamela; siblings, Linda J. King, of Green Bay, Cheyanne Caldwell, of Minnesota, Nevada Webster, Onikwintala O. Webster, of Oneida, Teri Webster, of Green Bay, Orlin (Ashley Lohnes)Webster, of North Dakota, Jonni (Nate Noyes) Webster, of Green Bay, Dannielle Webster; grandmothers, Lillian L. King, of Oneida, and Lorena L. Thoms, of South Branch; and aunts and uncles, Marilyn, Ronnie, Bruce, Albert Sr., Edwin Jr. and Mike King, and Terri, Debbie, Dakota and Werner (Porn) Webster. Marlo was preceded in death by her grandfathers, Edwin D. King and Eli P. Webster. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Aug. 26, 2013, at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church in Neopit with the Rev. David McElroy, O. Praem., officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held at 3505 State Highway 47 in Neopit from 3 p.m. Saturday until the time of the service on Monday. A parish wake service will be held at 7 p.m. Sunday.
