Ronald M. Miller

Ronald M. “Buck” Miller, 84, of Shawano, passed away on Thursday, Feb. 27, 2020 at Pine Manor in Clintonville. Buck was born in his family home on April 9, 1935, in White Lake to the late Rudolph and Adeline (Oatman) Miller. He attended and graduated from White Lake High School with the class of 1954. Following graduation, Ron drove truck for Morning Glory. He later became a dispatcher until his retirement. Ron married the mother of his three children, Velma, and they later divorced. On Aug. 20, 1982, he married Suzanne Koeller in Shawano. Ron enjoyed woodworking, especially building birdhouses, but would build any creative idea he came up with. Left to cherish Ron’s memory are his wife of nearly 38 years, Suzanne; his children, Tina and Ronald (Cathy) Miller Jr.; stepsons, Michael and Greg (Penny) Koeller; three grandchildren; his siblings, Dennis “Chubby” Miller, Thomas “Tom” Miller, Marie “Sis” (significant other Ron) Fuller, Linda “Blondie” Miller-Robinson, Lora “Janie” (significant other Bob) Reinhardt, and Lisa “Bugs” Anderson; sisters-in-law, Patricia Miller, Sandie Miller, Lola Miller, Helen Miller and Nora Jean Miller; brother-in-law, Sheldon Anderson; and many other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his son, Jerry Miller; brothers, Art Miller, Glen “Jupe” Miller, George “Whimpy” Miller and Rudy “Louie” Miller Jr.; his brother-in-law, Michael Reinhardt; and his sister-in-law, Patsy Miller. A prayer service will be held for Ronald on Friday, March 6, 2020, at 6 p.m. at Mickelson Funeral Service in Shawano. Visitation will begin at 4 p.m. and continue until the hour of service.
