Neil Bigelow passed away at home Wednesday, April 30, 2025.
He was born to Edward and Ella (Hertwig) Bigelow July 2, 1935, in Oconto Falls. Neil attended area schools and graduated from Oconto Falls High School with the class of 1953.
He worked for Scott Paper and Kimberly Clark for 44 years. From Neil’s first marriage, he has one son, Randy. He later married Sandra Lambrecht, and together they had two more sons, Michael and Matthew.
Neil will be sorely missed by his children, Randy (Jane), Mike (Hannah) and Matt (Shromona); two grandchildren, Debbie (Nate) and Robert (Shelly); five great-grandchildren, Kyle (Brandi), Breanna (Matt), Leah, Fisher and Ayden; and three great-great-grandchildren, Emerson, Nora and Kabian. He is further survived by sisters-in-law, Carole (Bill) and Kathy; nephew, Justin Lambrecht; and niece, Linda.
Neil is preceded in death by his parents, wife Sandra in 2023, and 12 brothers and sisters.
Family and friends are invited to gather after 10 a.m. on Thursday, May 8, 2025, at Jones Funeral Service. A memorial service will take place at noon with Pastor Gary Olson officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery, Oconto Falls.
