Kim Henne

Kim Joseph Henne passed away suddenly Oct. 20, 2025, at the age of 72.

Born on Jan. 25, 1953, in Oconto Falls to Ralph “Jr” and Marion (Donlevy) Henne, Kim was a kind and genuine person who touched the lives of many. A dedicated husband to Linda Henne, he always placed her needs first, demonstrating a profound love and commitment that defined their 30 years together.

Kim’s journey as a millworker in the paper industry at ST Paper showcased his strong work ethic and dedication. Beyond his profession, he was known for his humble spirit, always seeking opportunities to lend a helping hand and serve others. A true friend to many, he approached life with warmth, kindness and a generous heart.

An avid motorcycle rider and animal lover, Kim found joy in rescuing numerous dogs throughout his lifetime, exemplifying his compassionate nature. He had an incredible way of making everyone feel valued and appreciated.

He is survived by his wife; two stepsons: Clay (Crisbe) Rost and Chase Rost; grandson, Rowan; his loyal dog, Owen; siblings, Jay Henne, Dale (Donna) Henne, Dawn (Danny) Coppens, Tami (Donald) Koebach and Clint (Kathy) Henne; brother-in-law, Rob Portil; and many loving nieces and nephews.

Kim is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Monte Henne; sisters-in-law, Judy Porter and Karen Henne; and his loving dog, Lily.

A visitation for friends and family with the urn present will be held after 9 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 25, 2025, at Jones Funeral Service in Oconto Falls, followed by sharing of memories at noon.

As we remember Kim, we invite all who knew him to join us in celebrating a life well-lived, one filled with love, dedication and joy. His spirit will continue to inspire us all to be kind, humble and to serve others, just as he did.

In lieu of flowers, memorial funds will go toward the Oconto Area Humane Society.
