Darrell H. Wolf, 58, of the Town of Belle Plaine, passed away Tuesday evening, Dec. 6, 2022, at the St. Elizabeth Hospital in Appleton.
Darrell was born on July 2, 1964, in Clintonville as the son of Harold Wolf and the late Verl (Krueger) Wolf. Darrell grew up in the Town of Pella and was confirmed at Christus Lutheran Church in Clintonville. He graduated from Marion High School with the Class of 1982.
Darrell was employed as a machine operator for Little Rapids Corporation in Green Bay. He was talented when it came to machining things and working with his hands. Darrell even became very good at casting his own toy tractors; red ones of course. He enjoyed pulling tractors and spending time with his cousins Mark and Brian in his free time. Darrell will certainly be missed here but is now reunited with his mother in his new heavenly home.
Survivors include his father, Harold Wolf; sister, Lori (Karl) List; nephew and niece, Matthew and Ashley List; aunts and uncle, Jane Krueger, Dorothy Poppe and Glorianne (Jerry) Kuschel; numerous other family members, including cousins Mark and Brian Poppe.
Darrell was preceded in death by his mother, Verl, and uncles, Norman Krueger and Jim Poppe.
Darrell’s funeral service will be held Tuesday, Dec. 13, 2022, at 4 p.m. at the Christus Lutheran Church in Clintonville with the Rev. Shelly Klemp officiating. Visitation will be held at the church on Tuesday from 2 p.m. until the time of service. A meal will follow the service at the church, and interment will take place at Bethlehem Lutheran Cemetery in Pella at 10 a.m. on Wednesday.
