Hazel Volk

Hazel June Volk went to be with the Lord on Nov. 18, 2013, while at Wheaton Franciscan Hospital in Milwaukee. Hazel was born June 23, 1924, in Oconto Falls, to parents Edward and Pearl Larsen. She is survived by one brother, Kenneth; son, William; granddaughter, Stephanie; grandson, Robert; and great-granddaughter, Courtney. She was preceded in death by one brother and six sisters. With her deep commitment to family, Hazel took pleasure in being a mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Her employers, along with her family, enjoyed her excellent baking and cooking skills. She was fond of kittens, especially gray ones. She is greatly missed.
