Seymour Invitational
Bonduel’s girls earned 73 points and placed fourth among 11 teams, while the boys picked up 63 points and placed sixth among 13 teams.
Gillett’s boys had 13 points and tied for 10th, while the girls had nine points and placed 10th.
For the girls, Bonduel’s Mariah Wondra captured gold in the 400-meter dash in 1:00.11. Teammate Josie Pawlak won the long jump at 16 feet, 9 inches.
For Gillett, the best finish went to Amanda Pate, who was fifth in the 3,200-meter run.
On the boys side, Bonduel’s Mason Ballwahn won the 400-meter dash in 50.98.
Gillett’s Bradyn Wendroff won the 800-meter run in 2:01.47.
Weyauwega-Fremont Meet
The girls team from Gresham/Bowler scored 89 points and finished second among six teams, followed by Marion/Tigerton’s third-place finish with 70 points and Wolf River Lutheran’s 31 points and fifth-place finish.
Marion/Tigerton’s boys scored 58 points and placed third among seven teams. Gresham./Bowler was fourth with 56 points, and Wolf River Lutheran was seventh with 16 points.
Gresham/Bowler girls winning were Lorelei Louhillier in the 400-meter dash in 1:11.53; Addison Fischer in the 300-meter hurdles in 57.91; and the 4x800-meter relay team of Roselynn Rosenow, Hannah Long, Alivia Perez and Audrinna Perez in 14:01.40.
Marion/Tigerton winners were Kennedy Zuniga in the 800-meter run in 2:45.98 and in the 1,600-meter run in 6:35.12, and Presley Stewart-Rolfs in the high jump at 4-8.
For Wolf River Lutheran, the best finishes were from Jenn Reyes, who placed third in the 400-meter dash; Violet Buchholz, who placed third in the 1,600-meter run; and Cadence Anderson, who was third in the 100-meter hurdles.
For the boys, winning for Marion/Tigerton were Caleb Stern in the 200-meter dash in 24.52 and Tristan Herro in the high jump at 5-8.
Gresham/Bowler’s best finish went to the second-place 4x100 team of Riley Hohensee, Ethan May, Cody Mehlberg and Mason Martin, and the second-place 4x400 team of May, Mehlberg, Derec Guthrie and Hohensee.
For Wolf River Lutheran, Caleb Bohmbach placed second in the 110-meter hurdles.
Peshtigo Invite
Oconto Falls’ girls collected 110 points and placed second among 10 teams, followed by Suring in fifth place with 79, Lena/St. Thomas Aquinas Academy in sixth with 46.5 and Menominee Nation in 10th with 13.
For the boys, Oconto Falls was fourth with 85, Suring was sixth with 57, Lena/STAA was seventh with 46 and Menominee Nation was eighth with 28.
Winners for the Panthers were Gracie Miller in the 100-meter dash in 12.81; the 4x100 team of Emery Pagel, Brooke Fenlon, Miller and Rylie Shallow in 50.83; the 4x200 team of Ava Savage, Fenlon, Sydney Braund and Lucy Ripley in 1:52.47; and Ripley in the high jump at 4-10.
For Suring, Aliya Cox won the 100-meter hurdles in 16.51 and the 300-meter hurdles in 48.34, as well as the long jump at 15-10 and the triple jump at 33-8.
Lena/STAA’s Abby Kostreva was third in the triple jump, and Menominee Nation’s Urijah Reevis was third in the high jump.
Winning for the boys were Lena/STAA’s Zander Thomson in the 110-meter hurdles in 15.91 and Menominee Nation’s Mequonaseah Oshkosh in the high jump at 5-8. Oconto Falls’ Brady Bursa won the long jump at 22-6.50 and the triple jump at 47-7.50.
Suring’s Dayne Ermis placed second in the 110-meter hurdles, and BlakeDeGrave finished second in the 300-meter hurdles. Also, the 4x200 team of Ermis, Dylan Flynn, Kroix Kempka and CJ Richard was second.
Vic-Tree Invitational
Wittenberg-Birnamwood’s boys and girls track teams combined to earn 130 points and finish sixth among nine teams in Waupaca.
For the boys, winning gold was Aydrean McGeshick in the 400-meter dash in 52.55.
For the girls, second-place finishes were recorded by Eleanor Tassler in the 100-meter and 200-meter dashes and the triple jump, Harper Rogowski in the 400-meter dash, and Harper Krull in the 100-meter and 300-meter hurdles.
