Northcentral Technical College Northcentral Technical College is pleased to announce the president’s list for outstanding academic achievement for the fall 2021 term. To be named to the dean’s list, a student must earn a grade-point average of 3.5 or higher for that semester. UW-Madison Just over 1,800 students received degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Madison during a commencement ceremony at the Kohl Center on Dec. 19, 2021.
