University of Nebraska-Lincoln
Shannon Kathryn Konkol, of Hatley, was among 1,288 graduates who received degrees from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln during commencement exercises Dec. 16-17.
Konkol earned a juris doctorate from the College of Law. She also earned a Master of Arts from the Office of Graduate Studies.

The University of Wisconsin-Superior has named Brooke Walder, of Wittenberg, to the dean’s list for academic achievement during the fall 2022 semester.

The term grade-point average requirement for honor roll is 3.3; the GPA requirement for dean’s list is 3.75 out of a possible 4.0. To qualify, a student must have been enrolled in a minimum of 12 credits. There can be no individual grades below a “C” and no incomplete or non-reported grades at the time the process is run.
South Dakota State University
South Dakota State University has announced that Caleb Gross, of Lena, and Aidan Frederick, of Wittenberg, have been named to the dean’s list for the fall 2022 semester.
University of Minnesota-Rochester
Each semester, the University of Minnesota-Rochester recognizes students who have achieved high academic achievement through the chancellor’s list. To be listed, a student must have earned a 3.66 grade-point average or higher and completed a minimum of 12 credits. Emily Dupont, of Lena, was named to the chancellor’s list.
