Deputies logged 47 incidents, including a 62-year-old man arrested for operating while intoxicated on County Road Z in the Town of Herman; a drug complaint at the Ho-Chunk Casino, N7198 Highway 45 in the Town of Wittenberg; a property theft on Adams Street in Bonduel; disorderly conduct on Ho-Chunk Road in the Town of Wittenberg and Prouty Street in Wittenberg; a disturbance on state Highway 22 in the Town of Belle Plaine.

Recent proceedings in Shawano-Menominee County Circuit Court:

• Emerson B. Bailey, 62, of Keshena, was charged Sept. 14 with a felony count of bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of battery, disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property. He could face a maximum six years in prison and $10,000 fine if convicted on the felony charge. Bailey is free on a $1,000 signature bond set by Judge Katherine Sloma and is scheduled for a status conference Oct. 19.

Three arrested after Richmond drug bust

Three people, including a man out on bond in two other felony cases, were arrested after a drug bust in the Town of Richmond last week.

Authorities executed a search warrant at the residence of Lee E. Lindner, 33, of Shawano, as part of an ongoing drug investigation in Shawano County.

Lindner, Alisha C. Henning, 28, of Shawano, and a male from the Clintonville area were taken into custody.

Authorities did not identify the Clintonville subject.

Shawano man charged in string of burglaries

A Shawano man has been charged with multiple felony counts of burglary and auto theft in connection with an alleged spree of break-ins that took place from May through July of last year.

David G. Reynolds, 29, is accused of seven counts of burglary and attempted burglary, including arming himself with a dangerous weapon in two of the incidents, and three counts of auto theft.

He also faces 44 felony counts of bail jumping, two felony counts of theft, one felony count of possession of burglary tools and numerous misdemeanor counts of theft and criminal damage to property.

Recent proceedings in Shawano-Menominee County Circuit Court:

• Raymond J. Larock, 22, of Keshena, was charged March 24 with a felony count of misappropriating ID info to avoid penalty and a misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer. He could face a maximum six years in prison and $10,000 fine if convicted on the felony count. Larock is free on a $1,000 signature bond set by Judge James Habeck and is due back in court for an adjourned initial appearance April 13.

Menominee Tribal police warn of possibly laced heroin

KESHENA — The Menominee Tribal Police Department is pleading with the public for the community’s assistance after responding to four drug overdose cases in a single day.

“We are asking the public to spread the word, to let anyone know that may have purchased heroin recently, we fear that it may be laced with fentanyl or an other unknown substance,” the department said in a Facebook post.

Fentanyl is 80-100 times more potent than morphine and an overdose could occur quickly and is likely to end in death if Narcan is not rendered immediately.

2 men facing armed robbery, drug charges

SHAWANO — Two men are facing armed robbery and burglary charges and multiple drug counts for an alleged home invasion in the town of Wescott last week.

Alex J. Kofnetka, 35, of Neenah, and Joel D. Koehnke, 35, of Appleton, are accused of breaking into a residence on March 18 wearing masks and armed with dangerous weapons.

The pair allegedly kicked open the front door of the residence brandishing guns and demanding to see a man who lived there that they claimed owed them money.

The man they were looking for was not home at the time.

Gresham man facing multiple drug charges

GRESHAM — A Gresham man is facing multiple felony drug counts after Stockbridge-Munsee police executed a search warrant at his residence last week.

Roy H. Martin, 45, has been charged with felony counts of possession with intent to deliver marijuana, manufacture and delivery of marijuana and maintaining a drug trafficking place.

According to the criminal complaint, police received a tip in late January that Martin was dealing marijuana products.
