Shawano-Menominee Circuit Court
• Amanda J. Reiter, 40, Hatley, pleaded no contest July 23 to six counts of misdemeanor bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of operating a motor vehicle while her license was revoked. Two of the bail jumping counts were amended from felonies in a plea agreement. Judge Katherine Sloma on Nov. 8 levied fines and sentenced her to 45 days in county jail.
• Charles K. Slaten, 52, Menominee Falls, pleaded no contest Nov. 19 to operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (sixth offense). Sloma sentenced him to 30 months in prison, followed by four years of extended supervision with conditions.
• Hunter R. Dresden, 25, Tigerton, was charged Nov. 18 with strangulation and suffocation and misdemeanor counts of battery, disorderly conduct, possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia. Sloma set a $5,000 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for Jan. 13.
• Derrick R. Johnsen, 26, Shawano, was charged Nov. 18 with two counts of felony bail jumping and two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping. Sloma set a $250 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Dec. 5.
• Antonio L. Perez, 20, Shawano, was charged Nov. 18 with third-degree sexual assault, two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping, and misdemeanor counts of battery and disorderly conduct. Sloma set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Feb. 10.
• Xavior Saldana, 22, Oneida, was charged Nov. 20 with possession of narcotic drugs, possesion of THC (second or subsequent offense), and misdemeanor counts of operating while revoked, violating an ignition interlock device order, possession of drug paraphernalia, and bail jumping. Sloma set a $250 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Jan. 7.
• Susan A. Mahl, 33, Keshena, was charged Nov. 21 with possession of narcotic drugs and felony bail jumping. Judge William Kussel Jr. set a $2,500 signature bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Dec. 11.
• Sean C. Locke, 23, Aniwa, was charged Nov. 21 with first-degree recklessly endangering safety, strangulation and suffocation, and misdemeanor counts of fourth-degree sexual assault and disorderly conduct. Kussel set a $1,000 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Jan. 6.
• Brian L. Pamonicutt, 56, Cecil, was charged Nov. 22 with felony bail jumping and misdemeanor bail jumping. Kussel set a $1,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Dec. 2.
