• Lindsay R. Holstrom, 28, Shawano, pleaded no contest Sept. 24 to battery by prisoners, 13 counts of felony bail jumping, misdemeanor battery to an unborn child, retail theft, theft of movable property, resisting or obstructing an officer, bail jumping and three counts of disorderly conduct. Judge Katherine Sloma imposed and stayed a prison sentence and placed her on four years of probation with conditions and costs.

• Hayden F. Kakwitch, 18, Keshena, pleaded guilty March 18 to fleeing an officer in his vehicle and a misdemeanor count of operating without a valid license. Sloma imposed and stayed a one-year county jail sentence, placed him on two years of probation with conditions, and revoked his driver’s license for six months.

• Jeffery D. Stewart, 33, Shawano, pleaded no contest Sept. 25 to two counts of felony bail jumping, two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping and a misdemeanor charge of resisting or obstructing an officer. Sloma levied fines and court costs and sentenced him to 90 days already served in the county jail.

• Heather K. Devey, 46, Shawano, was charged Sept. 23 with three counts of felony bail jumping. Judge William Kussel Jr. set a $1,000 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Oct. 22.

• Russell A. Calkins, 59, Shawano, was charged Sept. 23 with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia to produce methamphetamine, possession with intent to deliver amphetamine or methamphetamine, possession of THC (second or subsequent offense) and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Kussel set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Nov. 18.

• Bryce J. Lamotte, 22, Shawano, was charged Sept. 23 with two counts of throwing or discharging bodily fluids at a public safety officer or prosecutor, three counts of misdemeanor bail jumping, and misdemeanor counts of resisting or obstructing an officer and disorderly conduct. Kussel set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Nov. 1.

• Dean C. Schneider, 27, Shawano, was charged Sept. 23 with four counts of felony bail jumping, two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Kussel set a $750 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Nov. 21.

• Machenoquet Peters, 19, was charged Sept. 23 with second-degree recklessly endangering safety and a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Kussel set a $10,000 signature bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Oct. 7.

• Peter G. Vigue, 47, Shawano, was charged Sept. 23 with two counts of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer. Kussel set a $3,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Sept. 25.

• Shaquinn D. Wynos, 28, Shawano, was charged Sept. 23 with one count of felony bail jumping and one count of misdemeanor bail jumping. Kussel set a $1,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Sept. 30.

• Cassandra A. Braddock, 23, Keshena, was charged Sept. 24 with possession of THC (second or subsequent offense). Kussel set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Nov. 11.

• Trevor Smith, 23, Dallas, Texas, appeared in court Sept. 26 on an extradition warrant. The defendant had questions, so Sloma told him to discuss the situation with a public defender and scheduled a status conference for Oct. 7.

• Lance M. Hinkfuss, 42, Shawano, was charged Sept. 25 with possession of narcotic drugs, felony bail jumping and misdemeanor bail jumping. Kussel set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Nov. 5.

• Rachael L. Popelka, 29, Shawano, was charged Sept. 25 with possession of narcotic drugs, three counts of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Kussel set a $2,000 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Oct. 22.

• Kara L. Jameson, 50, Cecil, was charged Sept. 26 with with child abuse intentionally causing harm and misdemeanor counts of resisting or obstructing an officer and disorderly conduct. Kussel set a $2,500 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for Dec. 2.

• Jordan L. Rodriguez, 27, Shawano, was charged Sept. 26 with possession of narcotic drugs and a misdemeanor count of operating while revoked. Kussel set a $1,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Oct. 1.

• Miguel K. Rasos, 28, Shawano, was charged Sept. 26 with battery by prisoners, victim intimidation, 12 counts of felony bail jumping and two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping. Kussel set a $10,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Sept. 30.

• Benjamin Lawrence Joos, 43, Tigerton, was charged Sept. 26 with first-degree recklessly endangering safety and a misdemeanor count of endangering safety through the use of a dangerous weapon. Kussel set a $50,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Oct. 3.

• James L. Valley, 39, Cecil, was charged Sept. 27 with two counts of felony bail jumping. Kussel set a $250 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Nov. 4.
