New athletes who could make an impact this season (positions): Juniors: Tom Keszo (third base, pitcher), Carsen Herm (catcher). Sophomores: Crew Weisnicht (first base), Pete Bruette (second base, pitcher), Jerzy Brocker (outfielder).

Returning all-conference players: First team: Ashton Henning. Honorable mention: Jacob Landon.

Coach’s comment on upcoming season: “The Hawks will have some experience coming back this season with a lot of depth at pitching. We are excited to get the 2023 season underway,” said coach Dustin Beyer. “Our juniors and sophomores need to fill the key spots that we are missing from last season. We are looking to compete in the top half of the Bay Conference this spring.”
