High school teacher wins tech ed award

Shawano Community High School teacher Jeremy Hodkiewicz has been recognized as the 2024 Career Pathmaker Tech Ed Teacher award winner at the NEW Manufacturing Alliance’s 13th annual Excellence in Manufacturing/K-12 Partnerships Awards.

The award celebrates Hodkiewicz’s contributions to technical education and his dedication to preparing students for successful futures across career and tech ed pathways.

The awards dinner will be held Oct. 29 at the Resch Expo in Green Bay. The evening will begin with a cocktail reception at 4:30 p.m., followed by the dinner and awards program from 6:15-8:30 p.m.
