Witt-Birn 8

Stratford 6

Wittenberg-Birnamwood earned an upset Central Wisconsin Conference-Large Division win over previously unbeaten Stratford on Sept. 24 in Stratford.

Witt-Birn is now 5-2 overall and 3-1 in conference play.

Suring 38

Wausaukee 6

Suring rolled to a MONLPC-West Division 8-player victory over Wausaukee on Sept. 24 in Suring.

Jeremy Hensel rushed for 130 yards and three touchdowns, while Gavin Fredenburgh added two rushing scores. Taron Haak tallied 121 rushing yards on 19 carries.

Haak and Mason Ferrell each were credited with a sack in the contest. Haak led the team with eight total tackles, while Keegan Rattin and Fredenburgh had six total tackles each.

Suring had 347 yards of total offense while holding Wausaukee to just 114 yards.

Kewaunee 27

Bonduel 12

Bonduel suffered a Packerland Conference loss to Kewaunee on Sept. 24 in Kewaunee.

The Bears are now 2-5 overall and 2-2 in conference play, including a forfeit win over Sturgeon Bay.

Tomahawk 41

Menominee Indian 14

Menominee Indian dropped a Northwoods Conference clash to Tomahawk on Sept. 24 in Keshena. The Eagles are now 2-5 overall and 2-2 in conference play, with forfeit wins over Northern Elite and Northland Pines.

Gregory Turney rushed for a 26-yard touchdown for one Menominee Indian score, while Devin Beaulieu-Morgan hit Bryce Dixon on a 39-yard touchdown pass for the other score.

Turney led the team with 42 rushing yards, while Beaulieu-Morgan had 259 passing yards. Allen Smith led the Eagles with 95 receiving yards, while Andre Corn had 78 and Dixon 64.

Corn was credited with 17 tackles and a forced fumble to lead the team's defense. Tate Zhuckkahosee had 10 tackles, while Smith tallied seven tackles and a sack.

Coleman 54

Oconto Falls 8

Oconto Falls suffered its first loss of the season in a Northwoods matchup with Coleman on Sept. 24 in Oconto Falls,

The Panthers are now 5-1 overall and 3-1 in conference play.

Gibraltar 72

Gillett 20

Gillett couldn't slow Gibraltar in a MONLPC-East 8-player contest against Gibraltar on Sept. 24 in Gillett.

The Tigers are now 0-5 overall and 0-2 in conference play.

Bay Port 14

Pulaski 0

Two fourth-quarter touchdowns proved to be the difference as Pulaski lost to Bay Port in a Fox River Classic Conference-North Division matchup on Sept. 24 in Pulaski.

Bay Port scored the game's first points on an 80-yard touchdown run on the first play of the fourth quarter. The visitors then scored on a fumbled snap in the end zone on a punt attempt.

Pulaski slipped to 5-1 overall and 3-1 in conference games.

Tri-County 18

Bowler/Gresham 0

Bowler/Gresham suffered a CWC-East 8-player loss to Tri-County on Sept. 24 in Plainfield.

The game was called in the third quarter after the co-op had a few players go down with injuries.

Bowler/Gresham is now 1-5 overall and 1-1 in conference games, including a forfeit win over Marion/Tigerton.
