Menasha 2

Shawano took down Menasha in a Bay Conference match June 2 in Shawano.

Joe Mente (No. 3) and Carson Cummings (No. 4) each earned singles wins for Shawano. Rory Johnson and Nolan Buck (No. 1), Caden Tetting and Tristan Tetting (No. 2) and Alex Mukka and Leon Mark (No. 3) teamed up for doubles wins, with the No. 2 and 3 matches being decided by forfeit.

Iola-Scandinavia 1 (5 inn.)

Wittenberg-Birnamwood scored 11 runs in the first three innings and then eased to a Central Wisconsin Conference-East Division win over Iola-Scandinavia on June 2 in Wittenberg.

Austin Worzalla led Witt-Birn to victory. He drove in three runs on two hits and also scored two runs. Worzalla also earned the win on the mound, striking out three batters while allowing just three hits and an unearned run over five innings.

Ian Salvesen had three hits and two RBIs for the Chargers, while Austin Rekow drove in two runs on two hits. Chase Krull also chipped in two hits.

Witt-Birn's Bryce Zoromski tallied three hits and scored three runs. Quinn Schultz had two hits and scored twice.
