Deirdre McSherry

Our “Sweet De” died by suicide looking for relief from her pain. For many years she was a bull hauler and dispatcher. She attended Seymour High School and Fox Valley Tech. De had been very active in 4-H all her life.

DeeDee was a free spirit, horsewoman, and great animal lover.

She is the second daughter of Robin Neveu; sister to Sundi (Chris) Murch of Locust Grove, Georgia, and Nichol “Niki” McSherry of New London. Her father is Richard McSherry of Appleton.

DeeDee found great joy with her nieces, Gracie Murch and Taia McSherry; grand-niece, Madalyn Murch-Hall; nephews, Mathew Murch, Tynan Murch, and Drake McSherry. She is further survived by her godfather, John Wilbor; her beloved horse, Champagne; dog, Zeus; De’s Aunt Jackie (Jack) Rotola; special friend, Jeff Moody; many close family and friends and 4-H’ers.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents: Julie Neveu, Sally (Herb) Buseman, Ken Neveu, Thomas McSherry, and Genevie Faust.

Sweet De will be so very missed.

A celebration of life will be held for DeeDee in the future.
